It was just a quick overnight stay.

Pros: Location, clea andquiet.
I was passing thru and got a room here. It was a great motel, close to a restaurant, Walmart was within walking distance so we could restock our supplies easily. I was pulling a trailer and they were very accommodating for parking. The room was clean and quiet, and had a nice flat screen TV with a large selection of channels.

Just Super 8, But Staff was Great

Pros: Staff
Cons: The facilities and furnishings seem old.
Location: Ummm....not much!
We stayed at the Super 8 because let's face it, Douglas does not have much to offer. The facilities were as to be expected, but the staff members were a pleasant surprise. The General Manager, Andy Patel, was very concerned with our room being just the right fit for our family. All of the staff were quick to respond to any requests that we had.

Hotel staff was very nice but that's the only thing good I can say about it first room we got air conditioner was bad so we were moved to the room across the hall where only two lights worked in the whole room the bathroom and the lamp by the window the tv was from the 80s the remote didn't work the beds were horrible and top it all off the towels were not even clean so don't recommend staying at this hotel

Location is convenient on US 441, next to many restaurants. Wi-fi worked well. Pretty quiet. Room was quite big. The room was only $51 and worked out great for me.

I did not stay there due to the hotel being surrounded by police. When I pulled into the parking lot and noticed police officers surrounding the building I didnt feel safe so I decided to continue on.

This hotel is in desperate need of some renovations. The sheets and furniture were stained. The toilet made dripping noises all night long. The towels were threadbare, and the towel rack and shower curtain rod both looked as though they were about to fall off of the wall. The quality of the signal on the television was terrible, and the WiFi was spotty and dropped often. The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke. I will say that the hotel staff was quite pleasant, but overall I was pretty disappointed and probably will not return to this hotel.

Hotel adjoins Hampton Inn parking lot and outside is very well maintained . Hotel itself is dated but is also very well maintained despite age. It's not Hampton Inn but neither is price. I would stay again

A great place to stay in Douglas

Pros: Within walking distance to multiple eating places. WalMart was directly behind the hotel too.
I want to say the staff at this hotel took good care of us. When we tried to check in, we were shown a credit receipt showing the card number Expedia gave the hotel was declined. The front desk worked on the phones with me, and we talked with multiple departments to get a valid CC from Expedia. The hotel could of cancelled the room and had us rebook it and pay them. But instead they worked and worked with Expedia to get them to pay. Another incident we had was a bus load of church people, outside our window after midnight, waking us up. The front desk staff took care of that problem as soon as we called. Overall it was a nice time and my hats off to the manager and front desk staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond the call to help the hotel guest. I’ll be sure to return again and again.

Ok if you just need a quick trip

Pros: Close to Huddle house
Cons: Cleaning of tub, better breakfast
Location: Great to the location we needed to be at-the airport.
Bath tub was not clean-hair on drain. But for the price, I got what I paid for. Breakfast not like most days in just cereal, muffins no waffles.
