“Bitter Sweet”
Check in went very well,went to my room and found the sheets had hair and lent on both beds.The sheets were not changed,both bed comforters had yellow stains.The cleaning supervisor was very helpful,replacing sheets and comforters as well dirty drinking glasses.The bathroom was not cleaned as well,also the microwave was not cleaned.This appears to be a nice place to stay,if your room is clean.
“Nice room, terrible staff”
Hotel was close to many local Dover tourist attractions. Clean room and very quiet. Free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. Found out that the mattress was adjustable, but we were not told about that by the staff - just happened to find the side control on the bed by accident. Also, we were told upon check-in that breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel, so we checked out early the next day and found a local place to eat. When I got home and checked my credit card statement, I discovered they had charged us for breakfast!!! It took weeks to get the unauthorized charge removed from my account and the staff was incredibly rude and difficult to deal with during this process - had to call 3 times. This sort of thing has never happened to me before and it negatively affected my opinion of this hotel.
