Typical chain hotel, standard breakfast and the room was comfortable. The hotel smelled funny, like they were covering up smoke or mold with heavy cleaning solutions.

Property was clean and kept nicely. Breakfast was ok. There was just enough there to get your day started - eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal options, yogurt, mini muffins, juice, coffee, tea. Room was clean and decent. My only complaint was the bathtub. While taking a shower, the water would not go down the drain properly. It would back up in the tub. Also, you can tell the tub was outdated. Certain parts of it sunk in as you moved about in the tub. You can tell some parts of the tub were painted as there was peeling paint in areas of the tub as well. The TV in my room was outdated and I had serious trouble with my room key. I had a 3 day stay and my key only worked properly on the first day. Front desk was very friendly. There's ample parking at the hotel. McDonalds and Wendy's are nearby restaurants within walking distance. There is a huge variety of restaurants within minutes of this hotel. Walmart and Bally's casino is a 10min drive. There's a mall nearby as well. This hotel is in a great location. It's my go-to when visiting Delaware but this visit was a slight disappointment for me.

They are in the middle of renovating the rooms and they have notes that say so. I'm sure it'll look great when they're done. They just look a little in between right now.

Great Staff, modern accommodations
Great comfortable, safe place to stay. The hotel has a modern vibe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front Desk staff treated us with courtesy. Last, but certainly not least, the breakfast attendant is on her “A” game and has been every single time we’ve stayed.

The property was relatively dark. They did have plenty of cameras throughout the property and the front desk person stated they have night vision. The first room we checked in the toilet was not working then the second room they switched us to didn't have a microwave.

Staff was very accomodating . Our 2nd visit here and both were 5 stars! Price was great compared to other lodging in the area. Room spacious and very clean. Breakfast excellent . And it is pet friendly which we need! Will definitely return there.

Checking in was the best part of the experience & turned out to be the only positive part. The room had a sour mop smell (guessing a sour/dirty mop was used to clean the bathroom door). No amount of lysol could rid the room of the smell completely. We opened the window to assist in airing the room out, but had to shut it when we noticed a fist-sized hole in the window screen. The toilet lid was removed and we used one of the extra bath towels to lay over the seat during flushing to prevent germ particulates from flying around in the air & landing in surfaces. The advertised “queen-sized beds” we actually closer to full-sized beds making what was supposed to have been a good night’s rest after traveling a very uncomfortable experience. The halls smelled of marijuana fumes covered by floral & fruity air fresheners. This was a very unpleasant experience that we will not repeat in the future. A first & last stay for our family.

i wouldn’t do it again
i wasn’t expecting a 5 star stay but this was bad. beds weren’t comfortable. mold detected. the heat didn’t work. the friendly gentleman at the desk was polite and told me “the trick” to get the heat working but it wasn’t reliable. ever been somewhere and you were scared to take your shoes off, this was that kind of place.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Stayed here several times this year. Always my first choice if available. Great location. Huge selection of dining options. Clean location. Breakfast offered is decent. Parking is plenty. Easy check in. Rooms are comfortable.

The room was overall good, no issues other than the tv remote not working (just the power button, but I could turn the tv on manually so not the end of the world). The tub was not the cleanest. The halls were super audible, there was a child left out in the hallway crying and the parent didn’t realize the child left their room for about 20 minutes. I called down to let the front desk know and nobody came up to check. Breakfast was minimal but there were still options. Good place if you’re looking for a night or two just to stay somewhere.
