“Great Place. Doesn't look or feel like unsafe Los Angeles”

I stayed at a small hotel in Los Angeles, then at Holiday Inn in Long Beach (over a hundred dollars) and then went to Confort Inn in Downey. What a difference! Both the area and the hotel there made me feel secure and relaxed. I did enjoy my stay in the US while in Confort Inn in Downey...

“Clean and Friendly Staff”

Overall a pleasant experience. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean.

Hot tub didnt work-they gave us a jacuzzi tub room on our last night/ service otherwise was very good

“Mediocre”

My boyfriend and I were in LA on leave from the military and were able to book the room same day. The price was reasonable, but checking in the concierge was not at all friendly. Our room was ok, housekeeping did a good job. Not too thrilled about the location. There is no security and a man came to our room asking for 30 dollars. Also, we had to use their laundry service which was one washing machine and one dryer out in the open for everyone to see AND we had to pay for it. Didn't get a chance to try the continental breakfast. The freeway and some restaurants were close by, which was good seeing as how the coffee machine in the room was filthy. Overall it seems we got what we paid for. I would recommend staying there if you need a room last minute or if you dont plan on being here more than a few days.

“Nice customer service”

The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and willing to help make your stay comfortable. I'd recommend this no frills hotel to others. The only down side is that the hot tub wasn't working.

“Improvement is required”

The location and the room condition are OK, but the carpet is dirty. It seems not vacuum many days. The breakfast is so so.

“Not a quiet place to stay”

The hotel is just beside the main road, it is noisy at night coz the traffic. and the air condition is noisy too, can't stand to keep it running overnight.

“Busy Street!”

This Hotel its on a very busy street, so at night time feels like you are next to the freeway. I left like i was staying on a Motel...I have used Comfort inn in the past, but i dont think im going back at this particualar motel..

“not impressed will not return”

hotel was clean but did not feel clean. dirt & dust in corners poor repairs to the carpet outside had a somewhat unmaintained appearence. road noise could be heard all nite
