Check in was very efficient including valet. Great live music in lobby. Great ambiance. Room service forgot dinner order, came late but gave free of charge. Nice amenities - no cheap soaps and good quality... We're in large bottles so there was enough shampoo/ conditioner/ soap for your whole body. Air conditioner ran alllll night.... Maintenance fixed but very noisy! When telling front desk about it in the am- I was offered no recompense

This hotel was a GREAT stay for the cost, I was surprised at the quality at the price per night. It was great. Hotel staff was friendly and personable. Rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Our beds were sleep number and TV was big and very nice. Overall a great pick, especially for the family because of the indoor pool and the waterpark. Good + safe surrounding area. Starbucks, food, amenities inside hotel

We've stayed at quite a few B&B's and the Mauger Estate was the best, bar none. It's an historical registry house, dating from the mid-1800s, so the rooms weren't huge, but nevertheless was just the right size for our purposes. The house and yard - spotless and uniquely designed, fun to wander around in. But what made it special was the helpfulness and attention of the staff. The young proprietress was busy but took time to help us figure out how to get to our destinations (we could actually WALK to great restaurants and the convention center in downtown Albuquerque - what a concept!) and she was a fantastic and attentive cook. Wine and cheese in the evening, some fresh chocolate chip cookies and a full spread at breakfast - tasty French toast, home-made yogurt, sausage and so much more, served in a bright, sunny breakfast room. Who could ask for anything more?

"Nice but ridiculous fees for room service/parking"
Ordered room service and would have only been $22 but they added and $18 delivery charge and gratuity so it was $40 for 2 omelettes! Also parking is 12.00 per day and we weren't even able to park on site because the lot is so small we had to park across the street and walk
