Friendly, welcoming parking attendants offering valet or self-park options. Quick and efficient check-in desks. Reminder that SPG hotel loyalty members get free Wi-Fi. Swimming pool/workout facility was in a different tower from our room so we had to go down to the lobby and walk to another elevator to reach the rooftop pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the end of May. The suite was very spacious but the bathroom was very small. The connection to other buildings is very nice as you can go around downtown (food courts, shopping) without going out; this can be very nice if the weather is not good. However, this was not well advertised and I found out in our last day of stay.
Unfortunately, downtown Calgary was noisy at night (the week days we were there) : night construction, noisy cars cruising.

I booked two double beds but when we got there we got s king size bed. There was an tournament going on so that why we didn't get what we booked. The lady at the front desk was very nice and explained why. The only problem was the teenagers running all over the place and being loud. Went to try to use the pool and it was like we where trespassing on there property.
We would rate the staff as a 10 out of 10.

Calgary, with a population of 1.2 million residents, is Alberta’s largest and Canada’s fourth-largest metro area. The observation deck at the top of Calgary Tower provides an excellent view over downtown, including Stampede Park, site of the annual Calgary Stampede, and the Saddledome, where the Calgary Flames ice hockey team plays. The nearby Calgary Zoo is home to more than 1,000 animals.
