Excellent Hotel, but...Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The staff & the bed was firm.
Cons: The parking
Location: The Flatiron Steakhouse was good & the Short North is just a few minutes by car.
The room was good- clean & comfortable & the staff was very helpful, BUT the parking is a pain. It is across the blvd- first come first serve & if it is filled then maybe you can park in the small lot next to the hotel. If that is filled then who knows! The parking situation is the only reason why I may not go back.

Good proximity to Convention Centre & NHL HockeyPosted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: convenient location
Cons: Fluffier pillows.
Location: Easy walk to Convention Centre, Allnations Arena, North Market, and other downtown places.
Though check-in was delayed by atrocious weather conditions and cancellation and re-routing of flights, got in very late . Got friendly welcome from hotel staff, unfortunately maintenance was being done on the plumbing system so had to wait till early morning to shower & clean up. Very convenient parking, and access to places almost meant the rental car was only really needed for the commute to and from Columbus International and some casual sightseeing. Wish the weather were better & and the bedpillows maybe a bit fluffier, but the breakfast was adequate & healthy, with oatmeal, fresh fruit, and yoghurt, besides the standard muffins and coffee. Would book again, probably when weather is better, or perhaps at the next Arnold Weekend.

DisappointingPosted Mar 14, 2015
Cons: Parking, Beds, breakfast
Well 1st off...They had no where for us to park. They had us park in a parking lot that was pay by the hour. 2nd they put us in a room that was next to the elevator. I could here it running all night long. 3rd the beds were rock hard. All and all I'm glad to be home so I can get some sleep.

Nice hotel close to Nationwide Arena...Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: walking distance from Nationwide Arena...
Cons: Advertise that you must park across the street...and that you must pay to park, and that is extra.
Location: Great central location for events....
They need to make you aware you must pay to park, and that parking is across the street. Other wise nice place to stay for price.

Convenient location-No frills!Posted Mar 8, 2015
The location was excellent, a three minute walk to the Convention Center. While the rooms were clean, they were below average in terms of comfort and style. The staff was very helpful and friendly and overall, I'd say this hotel is a good value considering the location.

Great locationPosted Mar 3, 2015
Hotel was overall a great experience, the across the street parking is less than desirable and the red roof lot was full causing us to pay an extra 4 dollars for the neighboring lot, the desk clerk could have had a slight brush up on customer service. But for the price and area we would definitely stay again!!
