That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy...

"I had an incredible experience staying Damac Cour Jardin. Perks of staying here - deluxe room includes kitchen and dishes(there is walkin grocery store as well) - 10 minutes walk to metro station. Good location for tourists. - very nearby to Burj khalifa and Mall. - you can enjoy the view even from this hotel location. - very neat and clean hotel rooms - Manager namely, Hossam was so nice to me throughtout the staycation. All the staff were very friendly and nice."

"Very very dirty! Bugs flying everywhere. Dubai is amazing but do not stay here. Smelly, sticky. Has a washing machine- no detergent to clean with, had to buy our own. Small fruit flies all over the place because of how DIRTY the room was! Very unpleasant. It’s a shame because it is a big place with a full kitchen and a balcony with a GREAT view. But I would never stay here again! The whole building had flies and bugs. There were no towels we had to call and ask for them so we had to wait to...
