The room was deplorable

The staff was nice but the condition of the room was awful. It clearly had not been cleaned. Toilet, shower and floors were a mess. No towels!

Check-in went fine, but everything went downhill from there. Our shower faucet was broken. We were constantly running out of towels because they would only give us two fresh ones each morning. Hot-tub was closed. Microwave was unplugged(and in order to plug it back in, we would have to move the entire shelving that contained the TV). They advertise 'close to Disney' which in actuality means 'half an hour drive/super expensive taxi ride to Disney'. They also advertise a complimentary shuttle to Disney, which swings by the hotel only ONCE per day- so if you miss it, too bad for you. Oh, and it comes AFTER the park opens, so by taking the shuttle you miss around 3 hours of park time.

Unreliable!!!!! Fraud!!!!!

I booked this hotel online about a week before travel and when I reached there by car after 19hrs of travel they say " Our pipe lines have broken down and we have canceled your reservation!" They did not bother to call me and let me know or atleast manage us somewhere else since it was no fault of ours.... at 1am and 2 toddlers I was on the road with every other hotel fully booked!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

Bad customer service

Arrived ar 4:00 & was told room wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes. Other guest who arrived after me were able to check in right away. I only received one room towel with no rags. Telephones do not work at all. Run from this place.

No towels. No hot water. Np light bulb. Stains. No free breakfast. Run down neighborhood. Lots of regaton music blarring and spanish.

A disaster

I had previously stayed at the Ramada Gateway so I thought this would be in the same league. It was so bad that I checked out the next day and booked 13 nights at another hotel, irrespective of the cost. It was seedy, some room lights weren't working (one was hanging off the wall), the coffee maker was missing, and there were insufficient staff. There was no inroom safe as stated. The so called Disney shuttle was a joke. 1 bus leaving at 7:15 am, returning at 10:05 pm. 15 HOURS in the park????? Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am, when I asked where the restaurant was I was told the cook had arrived late but coffee would be available. Some hope, the cook didn't want to let me in (excuse me, I hadn't eaten for about 20 hours) and hadn't started the coffee making. Eventually I started on the cold items and had to wait for hot items as and when they were cooked. Anyone wanting to catch the bus would have to choose between breakfast or the shuttle. Amazingly they charged me full price for the breakfast but I was too distressed to argue. I doubt very much if there was a manager to complain to even if I had asked. Don't go there!

Had to get towels everyday cause they weren't restocked. Bathroom wasn't clean when we walked in. Bed was broke. Lock on door was broke. Didn't get a bed sheet.

Poor experience

Cons: Facilities and customer service.
The shower would not drain and soap from a previous occupant was still hanging on the shower rod. The phone did not work to call for maintenance. We decided to just check out. Nothing was offered they just said we had booked through expedia and they would work through them. Nothing has happened so I will call expedia.
