"Super friendly bi-lingual staff, decent restaurant"
Two nights with wife on business, we found Heritage to be ideal. Quiet, large clean rooms and spacious gardens. Staff was accommodating, offering free upgrades as available. Limited breakfast, but on-site Punta Cana restaurant was excellent at reasonable prices.

This hotel is great if you have kids. Great price for what is included. Took a 5 and 6 year old to spend the weekend for a birthday, rented a cabana for the day, fantastic trip. Love the breakfast buffet too, great prices for great food.

Pocket Guide: Downtown Kissimmee, Orlando Pet-friendly Hotels

Kissimmee’s downtown is chockablock with historic buildings. The city’s courthouse, dedicated in 1890, is Florida’s oldest courthouse still in use. Lake cruises depart from the city’s waterfront perch on Lake Tohopekaliga. The lake is a bird haven, and its big-mouth bass lure anglers. Feral hogs, turkeys, and white-tailed deer roam south of Kissimmee at the Three Lakes Wildlife Management Area.
