We stayed at the Best Western Pioneer Inn for twelve days. It is an historic landmark, built in the early 1900's, and is located in downtown Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii. The hotel staff was excellent, especially Amanda, who helped us get back in our room after we accidentally locked ourselves out on our ...
Great place but small pools and hot tub. Very nice staff. Be aware there's no resort fee but they charge $15 a day to park your car and parking sucks. Or pay $20 a day for valet.
Hotel is as advertised. Very nice staff. Good for families or people seeking a longer stay in Maui. Not near the main airport or the start to of the road to Hana
We had a great time at Honua Kai, We've stayed in other hotels in Kaanapali and it always felt too busy & cramped. So we did a little research on Honua Kai which is just a few blocks north & its like day & night. Its so much more quiet & relaxing here like what we needed this time for a "real"vacation. ...
The only problem is those water sprinklers. They are very loud and start like 3-4 in the morning. I was able to hear them and was not able to sleep that well as they are really loud. If that can be taken care of, it is an excellent excellent apartment hotel
Hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach. Very good restaurant facing the beach. However, stay away from the concierge and the first morning "orientation" - which is a scam. I have no idea why this nice hotel have such terrible practice of selling tickets that are 400% more than they actually ...
We recently spent a week at Lahaina Shores and could not have been more pleased with our Condo. We had looked at hotels in the Ka'anapali area but they seemed so crowded and ultra modern. Lahaina Shores is so peaceful and beautiful and really has an old plantation kind of feel.. The staff are top ...
Makes sure you read the small print! There is a huge mandatory cleaning fee that offsets any deal you thought you were getting here. They also charge $17 per night for parking when it is free right outside on the street. On a positive note, the washer/dryer were handy and the location is great.
This hotel is right on the beach. Has a real Hawaiian feel. They have hula dancing each night, lei making classes. They are rich in tradition of the Hawaii feel. Rooms are comfortable, slightly out-dated. The pool is small but having access the the beach was a plus. The elevators are slow. The grill ...
Make sure you note that hotel pass code contains an asteric* at the end. Gotta punch that in or you'll be stranded outside at midnight. Ask the woman janitor next door at the Grill. She's seen it all. Very nice room, staff. Good wifi, cute room but disco rage bar on Saturday night ( on north side) ...
