We really enjoyed our stay. It's a close walk to everything. Very nice décor and very clean. Great little kitchenette if you need one. Inexpensive self-parking very close if you need to come and go (valet parking at hotel too) and a convenience store just around the corner. Seemed like a safe walk all the way to Beale street even at night (about 4 blocks). Great place and at a better price than the big boys just a block away!!!

The issue we have is the public coming in are not staying in the hotel coming to see the ducks. Even being 30 min. early we were still unable to get a nice view for the 11 am viewing.
Guests should be able to have a time only for guest and the public another. Very disappointed we were unable to get a good view.

Stain. Stained windows, stained carpets, stained walls, stains on the pavement. Try maintanence sometime.
Usually in other hotels, there are more flowers and paintings adorning the tables and walls. Not here.
Not happy to be directed to the parking lot and then charged $17 for privilage of use while a guest. Public parking
accross the street was $5 a day. No refrigerator or microwave in the room; the night before at microtel we had both and paid half as much for the room.
