From the minute I got there the staff was awesome. Katherine recommended a fantastic bbq spot on Beale St. Blue city, if you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and wait to get a seat. Great food, great staff!! My wife and friends only stayed one night (Graceland visit) but had to check Beale St out due to the awesome reviews. Hampton Inn and all their staff from breakfast to concierge are wonderful. Thanks for making our stay fantastic!! Cheers!!

Our stay at the Peabody was amazing to say the least. The hotel staff was very polite and went out of the way to help us. The history surrounded by this hotel was more than I thought it was quite indulging. The ducks and the tour were both very enjoying.

"very satisfied with stay during Memphis vacation"
First time visit to Memphis was great. This hotel was in easy walking distance to Main Street, Beale Street, and the city bus stopped right out front.( Riding the city bus was NOT creepy.)
The front desk lady changed our room when I asked for a room with a view of the Mississippi River. The morning breakfast area was one of the cleanest and well stocked we have ever used. The usual items of cereals, breads, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurts etc., were much better than a breakfast we paid for at a local café recommended on the food channel!
Hotel security guy at night can give you good directions, and the maids were friendly.
These hotel employees are hospitable and act like they actually like their jobs.
