The hotel was very nice and the modern updates and decor were great. The room could have been a little larger and the bathroom organzied a little differently, but it was very manageable. The restaurant / bar inside the hotel is very convenient and serves a decent meal.

Went to a concert at a nearby theater. This hotel was in walking distance of great eateries, bars, other theaters, and plenty of things to do. Very convenient and nice location. The room was very comfortable. Slept absolutely amazingly in a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. I got confused about parking, never having been to Pittsburgh before. But, there is a parking garage across the street and also around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

"Beautiful room with easy access to convention cent"
I was in Pittsburgh for a convention. I had stayed at a big hotel within walking distance to the hotel. Now I chose The Priory because it was offered. When I got to town, I called for The Priory's shuttle, and they picked me up. They brought me right to The Priory. I checked in very quickly and got to my room. The room was very clean. I had breakfast each day in a wonderful setting. The courtyard at The Priory was a beautiful place to be in a city.
I had shuttle service whenever I needed it to get around town. I don't see why it is just a four star rated hotel. They had everything I wanted.

The location of the hotel is in close proximity to a lot of places including: University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon, Duquesne and other important places of importance and interest.
It is reasonably priced.
More importantly, since it is a convention center, it has quite a few amenities.

This was awesome if you want to go to the Pittsburgh Pirates game. The ballpark is right there! The breakfast really good. Beds were very comfy- woke up with no backache! A little pricey but totally worth it!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a Pirates game. We requested the 19th floor, a beautiful city view, and a refrigerator in the room to keep our drinks cold after hours. We got the 17th floor, no refrigerator, and a decent view of the city. The complimentary cookies were good and the complimentary bottled waters were warm. The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway and the city view was awesome. A few things in the hotel itself need improvement. The wallpaper in the hallway was falling down and held up by tape. The bathroom was small and the toilet had trouble flushing. The overall stay was ok but the hotel needs a little more of an upgrade.

Known both as the Golden Triangle and the Central Business District, this area is the city’s arts and commercial center. Catch a show at the 14-square-block Cultural District, home to a bevy of theaters and galleries. Its Point State Park, a national historic landmark, hosts the Three Rivers Arts Festival each year. To the north, The Andy Warhol Museum pays homage to its pop-art namesake.
