Pros: close to airport
I think the staff was not experienced, gave conflicting information. The rooms could have been better, especially the bathroom. I was out of my room all day and came back at 5pm and the room was not done. No real restaurant and what was available, was very pricey. The layout of the gym and pool was off.

Birthday visit to the westside

Posted Mar 25, 2015
The hotel was ok. I booked it last minute (actually the day before). Near the airport and highway but I had a room on a higher floor so noise wasn't an issue. The one issue I would note is the smell of dirty water or something from time to time. The hotel charges for parking but there is plenty of metered and unmetered parking behind the hotel.

Lack of professionalism

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Only the bed - it was comfortable to sleep in.
Cons: Customer service professionalism - room and price should match. Charge a Sheraton rate - but got a Holiday Inn room type. Smelly too.
Hotel personnel screwed up the reservation. Then began pointing fingers. Horrible customer service - they couldn't resolve the problem created. Price for rooms and quality doesn't synchronize together. BAY view room just gives a "corner view" of the bay. Traditional room is old and musky. Not worth the price even if the customer service were good. Price and room totally out of sync.

Sheraton Botched Our Reservations

Posted Mar 4, 2015
This hotel is clean, located well, within walking distance of the harbor, with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small but generally comfortable. Our major problem was that Sheraton had given our room away to someone else, even though it was pre-paid! We had reserved a room with two beds and a harbor view, but ended up in a small room, without the view, with handicap-accessories, and only one bed. It seems as though it was rarely used. For our second night, Sheraton was able to move us into a room with 2 beds. The check-in clerk admitted that Sheraton had given our room away "by mistake"; we had arrived at the hotel after midnight because our plane was a late one. But still they should have kept our room for us.
