"Great location and the hotel staff was outstanding"
We stayed at this hotel for 14 days straight and every day was pleasant. The hotel staff always offered us complimentary bottles of water and they would also ask us how our stay was going and if there was anything else that they could do for us. We received great tips from all of the concierges on the best way to get around town and where to go. The US Grant is where we will stay when we come back to San Diego.

"Wonderful Hotel! Great Location. Enjoyable Stay."
Location of hotel was perfect; central location which made so much accessible. If walking isn't in the cards, catch the trolley right across the street from hotel to Old Town (or other great surrounding towns/attractions) or walk right outside the hotel to great shopping, delicious restaurants and the pier which offers entertainment, ferry rides, exhibits, history and so much more. The staff and management are top notch. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the water (only getting hot water, no cold) and they promptly sent maintenance to rm. We were moved to a different rm.-but we were impressed with the prompt response. We were also comped with upgrade amenities which help save money. We were made to feel special from arrival (the rapid response of the bellman opening the taxi door and assisting me out) and so much in between, to departure (the speedy check out and again the great bellman's assistance). We definitely recommend and would stay at the Hyatt again.

"One of my best hotel experiences"
It is a very different experience, with each room customized (according to their website). Through Expedia, I had booked the Imperiale Suite but forgot about it on the way to the hotel. We walk in and check out every aspect of the room because it was such a cool and different room. We noticed an open door on the other side of the room and see we have our own jacuzzi outside! I check the website and see we were put in the Fresca Spa Suite. It's private and the small outdoor patio is all to yourself. We took advantage of some of the amenities because of the deal we got from booking through Expedia (popped a bottle of champagne that was in their mini fridge; used the espresso machine the next morning before checking-out). Make sure to check out the printouts on the desk FRONT AND BACK. We were only there for one night and the morning we were checking out, I JUST saw all the amenities they offer on the back of one of the printouts (you can rent a Ferrari for the day!!!) I feel the Keating caters more to couples, but it looks like a fun place to celebrate and stay with a bachelorette party The next time I'm in San Diego,I will definitely come back and try out a different room and experience it for the first time all over again.
