TINY ROOMS.

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: It was attractive. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Let people know that they wont be able to fit in the rooms.
Location: Very near pike st market, and the convention center. Perfect location.
This hotel was nice enough. It was reasonably clean. The rooms were soooo small! Very misleading from what the pictures showed. The location, tho, is perfect. Absolutely perfect. You're close to everything, and there was no problem at all walking to where you needed to be.

Nice but too expensive for what it was.

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: It's closeness to the metro and that it was downtown.
Cons: The smell of smoke in the room. Or that when I told the man checking me out he could have offered to compensate me for my torture.
Location: Very close to where I had to be.
The room had a terrible impregnated smell of smoke and ironically they had me sign a no smoking paper. Besides that, it was pleasant, very close to the metro and it is in the downtown area.

Disappointing

Posted Mar 30, 2015
Pros: Price
Cons: Customer service
Location: Downtown near many attractions
Listing said they offered valet parking, but when I arrived they said they were full so I had to find my own parking. Initial floor I was on was in the process of being carpeted so you had to maneuver around to get in your room. In the morning when I went to use the shower there was no water. When I requested a new room I was informed that they could not touch my luggage so I would have to move myself when I returned at the end of the day. Final day when I returned to my room the key would not work and I had to go back down and get a new one. Noisy neighbors the final night.

I loved the location. Walkable. Room was small, bathroom updated and modern. Bed was comfortable.

Great hotel in a safer area of the city

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Cons: Room had a mild musty aroma, but nothing that was too bothersome
In a great area of Seattle, it is close to the Pikes Place market and main sites. We were impressed how nice the hotel surroundings were, not as many issues with the local homeless as we saw in other parts.

Not Good

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: The staff was very pleasant although we randomly didn't receive maid service throughout our stay
Cons: Everything in that hotel should be updated
Location: restaurants, sites, bars
The room was extremely small and the hotel was grossly misrepresented in the photos posted online. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept in.

Walk-able distance to everything.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Gym, comfortable, nice staff, close to everything.
Cons: Shampoo and conditioner could be better. Didn't feel like it cleaned me very well.....
Location: Pikes Market, Starbucks Tasting Room, Monorail to spaceneedle and ducktour, Underground tour at Pioneer Square, Giant Wheel, Aquarium, Shopping
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because it was walking distance to everything I wanted to see. 15 mins to New Starbucks Reserve tasting room, 10 mins to pikes market, 10 mins to downtown shopping distract, 15 mins to Pioneer Square, 2 blocks away from Budget ( last min car rental). Staff here are super nice and always willing to help. They have a gym, lets you barrow their umbrellas, luggage storage after checkout and before airport time, and complementary wine during happy hour.

Good for a night's stay

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The friendly staff and the location.
Cons: Soundproofing the rooms
Location: Close to Pike's Market and eas y access to the tram to get to the Needle.
Great location so we could walk to the area's attractions but it is very noisy at this property. The outside sounds pierce the thin walls and sirens sound as if the ambulance or police car is in your room. The first time this happened, we covered our ears! Also, do not take the room across from the elevator because it adds to the noise. We were awaken several times by people getting on and off in the middle of the night. Staff was ever so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent at the restaurant attached to the hotel. For one night, it is okay.

The hotel was decent enough. Room felt small, but we didn't spend much time in there anyway. The bathroom lacked a fan and again felt small. Staff was nice, checking in went smoothly. Parking around the area and even getting to it is a nightmare.
