No tv or phone service

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Bad timing I guess, but they had a computer system upgrade that went amuck on the weekend of 3/20. TV reception was spotty on the first week on March Madness, plus the phone didn't work, and it lasted the whole weekend.

Beautiful hotel, well located and friendly staff

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: large rooms and hotel staff
Cons: have a free bottle of water once a day and no air con.
Location: ideally located, nice restaurants nearby and the pike place market.
I enjoyed my 5 nights at the Hotel 1000. My room was great with a very large bathroom and a beautiful bath. The hotel staff especially Sarah at reception was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the Boka restaurant was delicious.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Modern and clean rooms.
The hotel looks sparkling clean, and the staff offered us glasses of champagne upon check-in. The room is beautifully decorated and very modern. Both check-in and checkout were very quick and the staff was very attentive all the time.

This hotel is amazing. As soon as you enter you can see & feel how much effort they've put into creating a luxurious atmosphere. The room was outstanding with a wall to wall floor to ceiling window in the main room and an outstanding bathroom

Unexpected Gem in the Heart of Seattle

Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Champagne upon arrival. The room was stylish and luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Cons: The name! "Hotel 1000" evokes "Motel 6" to me. That's why we were so surprised at the high level of service and luxurious accommodations.
Location: Close to everything you would want to do in downtown Seattle, and easy access to the highway.
We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Hotel 1000. The service and accommodations were just as nice as the Four Seasons.

Excellent Hotel in Downtown Seattle

Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff was courteous and our room was comfortable. We liked the full-sized toiletries (no worrying about running out) and the bagged ice!
Cons: Service/food at BOKA could have been better. My pork chop was almost too salty to eat and our waitress disappeared near the end of our meal.
Location: Less than half a mile from Pike Place Market where you can eat to your heart's content, and only 2 blocks from the waterfront (go on a ferry ride!).
Our flight arrived several hours before their 4 PM check-in time, so we were a bit worried about getting turned away. The very-courteous front desk staff offered to hold our luggage for us and took down our number so they could call us when our room was ready. We were then able to mosey about Pike Place Market (less than half a mile away) until they called us and let us check-in around 2:30 PM. Our city view deluxe room was on the 7th floor and there were times when we could hear noise from the street, but it wasn't a big deal. Our room was very comfortable and clean (the bathtub is huge!), and the housekeeping staff did a great job with their turn down service as well as daily cleaning. The bottoms of the white slippers we were given stayed completely white during our entire 4-day stay - that's how you know your hotel room/bathroom has been thoroughly cleaned! We also took advantage of their complimentary car service - our driver and all the staff working at the valet station were also very friendly and accommodating. Our departing flight left early in the evening (well after their 11 AM check-out time), but the hotel again offered to hold our luggage for us and also helped us check-in and print out our boarding passes. Our first trip to Seattle was amazing, and Hotel 1000 and its staff contributed a great deal to that!

close to tourist destinations

Posted Mar 10, 2015
The Hotel is nice and clean, staff are courteous but the room we we stayed at ( City View) was noisy, you can hear the cars and motorcycles even at 1 am and I had to request to have AC adjusted because it was already set at a certain temperature.

This is our new destination hotel in Seattle.

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: Within easy walking distance of the Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Market, and several great clubs, as well as great shopping and many restaurants.
Wonderful service, beautiful room, great dining. Relax in the soaker tub, gaze out over the harbor, or head down for a gourmet meal. When you leave the hotel, many of downtown Seattle's attractions are within easy walking distance.
