"Excellent choice close to Ryerson and Younge st."
Our one night stay was perfect. I had a bad experience with Price line.com and was reluctant to use another hotel site. Expedia offered exceptional service starting with the staff when booking this room. They were helpful on the phone, reassured me and answered all my questions. When arriving at the hotel, the room was not ready. The girls at the front desk were friendly and kindly upgraded our room to the 22 floor. The view of Toronto's skyline was absolutely spectacular. In addition to this ...we were also very impressed with the housekeeping staff. One woman entered the elevater in which we where on, and asked us how everything was in our room. She was genuinely concerned and wanted our stay to be a happy one. How sweet she was. I hadn't been to downtown Toronto in thirty years....a little New York City ! We loved it! Thank you for being a part of the wonderful time we enjoyed in Toronto . We will definitely stay at he Best Western Primrose again.
