Great location. Appreciated the early check-in. Beautiful lobby and spacious modern rooms with amenities. Service was not where you expect a hotel of this caliber to be though. Took 45 mins to get requested extra towels. Got a bit of the runaround when trying to get seated at the in-house restaurant for lunch. Apparently they closed 1/2 hr early to get ready for a function. Was told to sit at bar only to have the bartender give me the deer in headlights look as if to say "someone told you we're serving lunch?" Ordered flowers through concierge which did arrive on time but they tried to deliver it while I was napping even when the privacy light was on.

It was a wonderful room- very spacious, big bathroom with heated floors, very comfortable bed. I had a great night's rest after flying in from Europe. The staff was very eager to assist with our sightseeing plans too.

booked two rooms for a wedding we were attending. Very happy with service. My senior parents loved their suite on the 4th floor!
Only noted that in our room the laminate floors are looking a little shabby.

Toronto’s culturally diverse downtown includes the CN Tower, the Royal Ontario Museum, and the Art Gallery of Ontario. Air Canada Centre is home to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Rogers Centre features the Blue Jays. Toronto’s underground city is a great way to get around the downtown core when the temperature drops. Known as the PATH, it is also the world’s largest subterranean shopping center.
