We spend 3 days in Vancouver and was the first time in this city. The staff helped us to take the bus to go to UBC and many other places. I would recommed.

Gorgeous and central

Pros: Rainfall shower, professional staff, gorgeous decor.
Beautiful hotel convenient to Downton Vancouver and Yaletown, close to many other popular areas. Booked February long weekend and received outstanding treatment while staying in an incredibly comfortable room. Staff is exceedingly helpful and polite. Bel Cafe, located in the hotel, is a charming and delicious bakery/cafe.

Perfect getaway in the city

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: This hotel makes you feel like you're the only one staying there. They're attention to detail is unlike anything I have experienced in the past.
Cons: It would have been nice if the Belcafe offered a darker roast coffee as the medium is quite bitter and not to my liking.Go for an Americano instead.
Location: You really don't have to leave if you don't want to, but pretty much anything you can imagine is within walking distance.
I needed some much deserved me time and instead of flying someone where for the weekend decided to book in to the Rosewood Georgia for some spa treatments and a getaway. From the moment I checked in to the time I left (which was hard to do) I was more than pleased with the service and the quality of this hotel. There is a reason that this is a 5 star rated hotel. The room (get the deluxe because of the bathtub) is immaculate and the attention to detail in amazing. The first night I called down for ice and some high ball glasses for my room and it arrived very quickly. I declined the turndown service the first night bit when I came back from a dinner out on the second they had made the effort to bring new ice and highball glasses for me just in case I needed them. Little things like bookmarks for a book that I had left face down on a table was supplied as well, but the housekeeping staff wasn't intrusive and didn't put the bookmark in the book but beside it as is a polite suggestion. The spa it also top notch, and you really do get a deluxe treatment compared to other spas that I've visited in the city. The salt water pool is kept in impeccable condition, during one visit I think I saw 3 staff come by and make sure all of the towels were put away and there was nothing laying about. The only think I might have liked at the spa would have been a steam of sauna, but the pool is quite warm so I didn't really miss it.

Did not met my expectations.

Posted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: Service, not up to par with a 5 star hotel
Location: Centraly located from the Canada Line and walking distance from Gastown , Robson and Alberni Streets, as well as Stanley Park and many restaurants
I book this hotel thru Expedia and chose it because of the VIP Rewards program, unfortunatly this hotel did not get the memo! As an Expedia Elite member I was disapointed when I checked in and only did I not get upgraded, I was stuck in the smallest room in the floor, I felt almost punished for using Expedia, to top it off, the WI FI was terribly slow, and they want to charge you an aditional $17 a day for faster internet, seriously? this is already a very expense hotel and you want to charge for hi speed internet? This is not good for business. I will not consider staying in this hotel again, I will take my money where I will get my money's worth

Like no other service we've ever had!

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: They went out of their way to be sure we had an amazing time while we were there.
Cons: Only that the entrance was hard to find. Maybe a better sign on the street pointing to the driveway as you approach it would help.
Location: Well located in the heart of downtown next to the museum and a block from fabulous shopping!
We've stayed all over the world in highly rated hotels including the Ritz Carlton in New York where you have a personal attendant fawning over you. What I loved best about the Rosewood is that they made you feel as if your personal experience and comfort was the most important thing in the world to them. They were either the most genuine and friendly staff we've ever met or the best actors we've ever encountered. I'd go back to Vancouver just for a chance to stay there again. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable (heated floors in the bathroom!) and we got a fabulous rate on Expedia. They offered us an upgrade for another $85 a night which we took and were more than satisfied that we got our money's worth. The free rides to our restaurant via the Bentley were a nice touch, tool Bravo, Rosewood! Come show the rest of the world how it should be done!

Top Notch Hotel

The Rosewood Hotel Georgia is in a perfect location downtown. It was within walking distance of great restaurants, and shopping. It is a very elegant hotel and the staff at the front desk and the concierge were very attentive, full of information,& had great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay here completely and would highly recommend it.
