Excellent location and staff!

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Everything! The Steve Nash gym pass was an added bonus!
Location: We walked everywhere! The location is perfect!
I would highly recommend St Regis! The staff was extremely accommodating: helping us to make reservations at restaurants, plan daily outings, help with directions etc. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere! We had chocolates waiting for us nightly as our beds were turned down, and woke to an exceptional "made to order" breakfast in the downstairs dining. The daily Steve Nash gym pass was located only 1/2 block walk from the hotel. We attend a few classes, including a cycling class. We will DEFINITELY return to St. Regis. It met our expectations and beyond!!!

Great staff, great location

Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Everything
Cons: More than the one lift.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, pubs and the local sights.
Would be more than happy to recommend The St. Regis, the staff were some of the most helpful I have had the pleasure of meeting in over 30 years of travelling the world. Rooms are of a decent size, very comfortable with a well appointed bathrom and toiletries. Location in central to shopping and many restaurants/Pubs.

Needs better parking situation and internet

Posted Mar 15, 2015
Hotel is clean and in a great location, with a very nice free sit-down breakfast. They need to get valet or something, trying to haul our suitcases and ski equipment from the basement of the garage next door was less than ideal. Internet was free but signal was very sporadic which made it almost unusable. The poor guy working the front desk was very energetic and tried to be helpful but seemed stretched pretty thin, and never was able to get the internet to work reliably

Great place! Great Price! Great People!

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, reasonably priced
Cons: Breakfast was okay, not great. However, much better than a then continental breakfast at a lot of hotels. Very nice and helpful young ladies serving.
Location: Shopping, eating, Rogers Arena, all close by.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The room was booth clean and comfortable. The location worked well for us to walk to Rogers Arena. The staff was helpful and accommodating. James, the door man that greeted us was a rockstar! Thanks James!

Location & comfort excellent

Posted Feb 27, 2015
Pros: Location and the quality of the room and the facilities including the breakfast.
Cons: It would be better if it had more options for the breakfast. If you spend (say more than 3 days) it would be bored .
Location: The location is excellent. Walking distance for everything. The sky train station is at the next building.
This hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. Walking distance to everything.

Great hotel, will stay again

Posted Feb 21, 2015
This hotel was perfect: easy walk to Canada line (train line to airport), right above Granville station and meters from buses. Lots of great restaurants around. Stayed in a smart queen room which was perfect for us (young couple). Gary at the front desk was always happy to help and Carmen in housekeeping was always cheerful even though we tender to sleep in til midday, which probably disrupted her schedule. We will definitely stay here when we are next in Vancouver!
