I was upgraded to the Signature Club floor and the suite was very nice. The location was fantastic on Seymour and Hastings, as my meetings were at Simon Fraser University connected to the hotel. Close to the train and only two or three blocks from the waterfront and convention centre. The homemade pretzel with accompanying dips was a nice touch as was the bottled water and chocolate left at turn down. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Great location in downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to shopping on Robson Street, Yaletown, Gastown, and Chinatown. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room and bed were comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking garage available for very reasonable daily fee. Concierge was a great help when we needed a recommendation for a nearby restaurant for dinner. Check-in and check-out was smooth with no waiting. Would definitely stay here again.

Large room on the 19th floor. We had a corner room which was great, it had 2 windows on each side of the room., one window faced the mountains and water, the other the city. We took the Hop on/hop off bus tour which we were able to catch right across the street. We took a walk down by the water which was just a few blocks away.

The location was great. Almost everything I needed was within walking distance. The hotel went above and beyond with anything that I needed. The concierge had great recommendations for everything I asked about with regards to the city.
