"This hotel is the BEST all around for excellent service I’ve been to in Victoria and I’ve been to many of the “best”. The front desk staff were amazing, the room was perfect, I appreciate the cleaning staff and could see great detail put into their work, the suite didn't have a speck of dust. Bed was soft, quality linens. Parking was great and the location made it easy to explore downtown on foot. I cannot wait to stay again :) "

"The good news is that the room was recently refurbished, with all new flooring and furniture. It was roomy with a kitchenette and the water pressure in the shower was great. And it was not too expensive compared to other nearby properties. It is also in a great location - close to downtown but not so close the it would be noisy at closing time. The only negatives are that I was on the third floor and it is a walk up; the hallway carpets are a little tired; and the water in the shower oscillated...
