HOT TUB AND POOL was best I've ever had at a hotel, rooms were clean with little things like walls not wipes down or little hair in bathroom. breakfast was great! location was PERFECT. I will be staying here every time i visit SLC now. there was one guest that got arrested end of 1st floor hall, but we were there for 5 days and didn't see any trouble besides when cops came one time. even then I still felt safe! next to aqauairum, bowling ally, try JAMBA up the road and only 20 min from downtown slc!

The staff was very helpful our whole stay. The pool was clean, and when we asked for towels they reacted fast and courteous. The staff member even went around the whole area and cleaned it up. Best hotel for location next to the aquarium. The price could not be beat! Will stay again if ever in that area.

Hotel was fairly gross, and beyond loud. The room next to ours had police activity at 3am which was incredibly alarming. We woke up to banging and slamming and cops banging on the door. I would ask for a refund but doubt I’ll get one and will never stay there again.

The only thing I would add is the beds are very springy, my husband is a toss and turner type a guy and everytime he moved it was like i was going to fly to Jupiter. The staff is extremely nice and kind. Definitely ( even with lack of sleep ) it was nice to stay at this hotel ❤

Very friendly & clean
The staff was very welcoming, friendly and kind. The room/bathroom was clean. There was a horrific snow storm that hit during my stay. Thankfully the heat was hot and so was the water. The room was dated but very clean. The pool area was very clean. It was perfect for a work trip.

The proximity to attractions is great but the amenities are not being maintained. The pool has mold/algae growing on the side, the paint on the pool room ceiling is peeling and metal fixtures are rusty. The exercise machines don’t work and staff pretended not to know this.

The linens had stains on them and were dirty. The pool had too much chlorine & the smell of it was too strong. Went the maids cleaned the rooms they did not change bedding sheets.

They did not have my information from Hotels.com even though I booked the room 2 months in advance. I had to try to find a number to contact Hotels.com customer service (this should be a lot easier than it is). Then had to wait on hold till someone picked up. Then had to wait for the clerk at the hotel to figure out how to get things set on his end.

Wonderful stay!
From beginning to end my two night stay was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great! Easy to find and check in. The staff was also amazing. The only complaint i have for this location is the rooms are a bit outdated. Very affordable! Could use a modern remodel but other than that I highly recommend staying here.

Nice inexpensive hotel convenient to local highways. Breakfast is available 6:30-9:30am & was good. It included hot packaged egg sandwiches & waffle maker besides the usual juice, breads, cereal, yogurt & coffee (which is available 24 hours). Rooms are only serviced if you request.

The vanity in the bathroom was hardly hangin on the wall. The dried liquid running down the walls was a bit sketch. The kicker was the oil face print on my head board… back to Fairfield Marriott never again
