“Good but not Great in Dresden”

Hotel was clean and the staff were personable, but the Internet and Parking were expensive additional costs. The room was clean, generally well set out with a large bathroom and comfortable bed, although the desk/wardrobe combination was a little annoying.

“Expensive Internet”

Whilst this is a very good modern designer hotel, it is let down by the very high cost of their internet connection. Surely in a hotel that aspires to modernism, internet connectivity should be part of the package?

“Hotel Review”

Good location. Very clean. But non-opening windows so air- conditioning (wouldn't suit everyone) No "easy" chair/s in room. No T V. Buffet breakfast: a large selection but expensive

“Nice modern hotel”

Close to historic district and trolley stop. Great breakfast. Good shopping past historic district, and within walking distance.

“Well priced unique hotel”

Unique hotel near center. Tram stop is within walking distance. Breakfast is good. Staff was good. There is no safe in room Tv is very 1970 and has only 2 news channels in English. Other than that- I enjoyed my stay.

“OK, artsy, but not that central”

The hotel aspires to be an artsy design hotel and it does have some elements of that but not much more than some of the newer chain hotels. It is in the centre of Dresden but quite a hike (20 min) to the central tourist sites as well as to the current local nightlife centre (Königsallee)

“Lots to see in Dresden, very clean.”

Very Reasonable hotel in Dresden close to the old town and within walking distance of new town. Very small room with only the necessities but the staff can understand English (unusual there.) Breakfast was not included in our rate and cost too much to add on, which we did. All in all a good place to stay. This is a "business man's hotel".

“Cramped, gimmicky, expensive”

The location is good. the tram takes you right to the Altmarkt so very handy. The staff is pleasant and helpful enough. But the air-conditioning is non-existent and the rooms uncomfortably warm even with the windows open. Don't be fooled by the "Welcome Fan" which works for 10 seconds and stops. The room is dazzling at first until you realize that the revolving door to the closet takes up so much room that only one person can move at a time. The towels were not changed even though they were laid on the closed toilet seat. What on earth is the window from the room to the bathroom for? A mirror in that place would be far more practical as the only mirror is in the bathroom. . And 14 Euros for breakfast is outrageous. Have an espresso for 2.50 in the bar and breakfast in town.
