Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel brand new and in a good location. One might suggest free wireless internet access for a perfect experience for the business traveller.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Dresden, walking distance to all the sites & train station. A little difficult to locate because the hotel is new and GPS in car couldn't find the street. The staff is OUTSTANDING!! Pool, spa, & exercise room very nice. Free internet in rooms. Underground parking for a fee. Only thing we disliked was the bathroom set-up in the room. Would be fine for a couple, however for non-couples it had no privacy. The Manager immediately moved us to a different room.

The Hotel overall is very nice, but it can't compete to other 5 star Hotels. Reception and staff lack friendliness, very reserved and not professional enough.
