Location location. Overall satisfied with one night stay. The staff were amazing. Small thing. Be nice if they had coffee or tea available for travelers traveling early in the morning in the room☺️

Excellent location to visit Valence with everything on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable apartment, useful to have a washing machine and dryer on site. Very good wifi and very pleasant staff at reception. If you bring a car, be aware there is a height limit of 1.85m for all underground car parks in the centre (so not for big cars or cars with a roof box). But open-air public paying parking (€18 for 24h) in the next street.

Sehr sauber. Frühstück ausreichend. Super gute Lage. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Auf E-Mails keine Antwort bekommen. Insgesamt sind wir zufrieden geblieben.

Literie bas de gamme.
Je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet appart hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé du tristesse à mourir... Ma chambre étais dans une pièce sans fenêtre (genre un grand cagibi avec un petit lit (1place), je voyage beaucoup et c'est la 2ème fois que je tombe sur ce genre de lit. Matelas de mauvaise qualité, lit qui fait du bruit quand on bouge et oreiller trop dur. Petit déjeuners très basiques. Point positif la propreté où il n'y a rien à redire.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Kaffe wäre wünschenswert da es eine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine hat. Leider haben wir nie eine Antwort auf unser Mail bezüglich Checkin und Parkplatz erhalten. Dafür ging der Checkin sehr schnell

Prima overnachtingsplek op doorreis naar het zuiden. Het is een basic appartement en lekker ruim. Vooral de locatie is leuk: midden in het centrum van Valence met leuke barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand. Kortom: aanrader!

App'hotel bien situado pero con aspectos a mejorar
Aparthotel bien situado, nuevo, limpio y bien equipado, cerca de la estación y del centro de la ciudad. El punto negativo la atención: llegamos y vemos que la calefacción no funciona y nos intentan convencer que sí que funciona. Tenemos que pedir nosotros que nos cambien de habitación. El día de la salida pedimos de dejar las maletas hasta las 15h pero no podemos porque tienen cerrada la recepción entre las 12 y las 16h.

Cher client, en effet nous sommes actuellement en travaux. Nous pensions vous faire plaisir en vous attribuant un appartement fraîchement rénové, mieux vaut une odeur de peinture qu'un appartement vétuste. :)Concernant le parking il est effectivement en supplément.
