Perfect setting and close to museumPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: The air conditioner was perfect for us as we were really hot and tired. Reception was excellent.
Cons: My husband likes firm mattresses but I, on the other hand, do not. That's just a personal preference. Can't really change that.
Location: The museum was down the road, golfing next to that and the trails were everywhere.
Our room was nice to walk into as the air conditioner was on and it was really hot outside. The reception upon entering was excellent, and very accommodating she had a smile on her face and was happy to help. I like that in a hotel. I don't like going to a hotel and being what appears to be an inconvenience.

Decent place to stayPosted Jul 15, 2014
Booked for 5 but hotel room was not set up for it. Needed to bring in a cot later on. Other hotels that I booked in Alberta had the sleeping arrangements for up to 6. No swimming pool but had a rather large hot tub/pool. Included breakfast was nice.

An excellent choice for a nice hotel in Drum. Newer hotel with large free form hot tub & steam room ... No pool but 7 yr old thought hot tub made up for it.

False advertising.Posted Jul 10, 2014
We booked this hotel because of "pool" accommodations, only to realize it is only a hot tub...and it was out of service during our stay! Kids were disappointed. We received no discount either.

Great Stay for Families.Posted Jul 8, 2014
My family and I had a nice stay at this hotel. The drive up room access (main floor) was great for loading and unloading the car. The food was great and even accommodated our gluten free dietary needs. Staff were friendly although had strange experience when I asked if there were laundry facilities. The young woman at the front desk sent me to a nearby laundrymat despit later learning that there washers and dryers in the hotel.

Very nice hotel in the middle of townPosted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Nice staff, food area, and steam room.
Cons: Signage could be better around the hotel and our key cards were hard to use (they didn't always work the first time).
Location: Nice restaurants and of course Tyrell Museum and the Hoodoos!
The hotel staff were nice. They had fresh cookies and popcorn, and really nice lemon water all day. The breakfast area was beautiful and my group had it to themselves. They did not have a pool, but they have a huge hot tub and a steam room area (though it would have been nice to have some place to cool off!). It was not busy, and the area was beautiful to explore.
