‏Truly the MOST AMAZING experience I’ve had in Dubai so far ‏The customer service is SUPERB and beyond this world. Amr is so kind professional loving and highly intelligent. He showed me the true generosity of Dubai with my WONDERFUL upgrade to huge apartment with a private pool. ‏I love Ranim who is sweet and kind ‏I also love my experience at the breakfast buffet with Reeta and Boss Kaza ‏The food is super delicious and the staff are simply among the best in Dubai

in general the stay was ok. The hotel is a older than other hotels, but for the price I paid, it is very good. The only issue is that I had to prompt the room service to come clean the rooms. Wi-Fi was also not great.

Excellent modern, clean lobby and breakfast area. Stayed in a 2 bedroom flat with family. The rooms are large, clean and offer plenty of space. They are however dated and in need of modernisation. There’s a busy road adjacent to the hotel which, unfortunately proved to be noisy with loud sports cars late night.

A very elegant hotel with a special track for the GBR. It contains restaurants, yachts, and a beautiful path for the boardwalk. Frankly, I enjoyed a lot, and I will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Great and clean hotel, costumer service was awesome. The only complaint i have is about restaurant manager that he has his own dressing code and in a tourist place inside hotel we should be able to dress the way we usually do

Since Arjaan by Rotana Dubai is a family hotel, we have to follow a dress code. We have on occasion received comments from guests voicing their concerns which ultimately led us to taking a decision on restricting attires in the restaurant. I’m sure you can appreciate that we take our guest comments very seriously which is why our colleague had simply informed you that anything with sleeves would be absolutely fine. Wonderful lodging in Dubai
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Arjaan. They were even able to accommodate our 8am arrival. The hotel is located right on the tram line next to the Media City stop. It is also easy to find at night because it is not clustered near other towers and has a pair of jewel like blue domes on top at night. The service was fantastic, quickly answering our every request and ensuring my family and I had a memorable trip. We purchased the breakfast rate, which was money well spent. The breakfast buffet has influences from America, Britain, India, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our deluxe rooms had a view of the Gulf, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Al Arab. The April breezes were a treat when sitting out on the balcony. Everything was clean with plenty of room, and daily housekeeping even though it is an “hotel apartment.” The atrium was gorgeous, and the pool made you feel like you were in an advertisement. We loved it and you will too.

Probably just 1 thing I would like to mention is to have heat settings in your termostat. I understand that it’s mostly a country with very hot climate but I noticed that in March it is still pretty chilly. Other than that, I loved everything. Thank you.

The Arjaan experience
Great location. Easy access to Tram service and close to the Palm islands. The Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. The rooms were excellent and the facilities were very good. My overall experience is that the Hotel is excellent value for money
