All at reception were so polite and professional.. Could not have asked for more in my long 2 weeks stay from UK!..

Excellent hotel apartments near mall of emiratesPosted Oct 26, 2013
We arrived after midnight approximately at 1.30 am at Auris on the 18th of october 2013.. The receptionist sheryl so late at night extended a very warm welcome to us ...my wife actually appreciated such a welcome so late at night. We had requested for an extra bed for an adult. ....to our pleasant surprise she upgraded us from a single room aprtment to a double bedroom apartment at an extra cost of extra bed only. Her attitude was just excellent and very pleasant. The entire staff was always extending them selves with their great service. The mall of emirates is a 5 minute walking distance. The rooms were very clean and all basic facilities were available in the kitchen. We will definately return to stay at the Auris aprtments. We have travelled world wide for over 25 years and this has been a great pleasant experience .

lovely appartments and staffPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: location and atmosphere
Cons: washign up equipment (soap, sponge etc) for the kitchen
Location: There is loads to do nearby with the malls, and restaurants the metro is also close by or the taxis are reasonable.
The apartments we stayed in were lovely and clean, and the roof pool in small but quiet, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect begin next to the Emirates mall, which also has a supermarket so you can buy all the groceries and drink you need with not too far to walk.

A Central GemPosted Aug 5, 2013
Pros: Central location, friendly and helpfull staff, clean and quite hotel.
Cons: Coffee shop not being open during Ramadan, not being in full control of the air conditioning.
Location: Centrally located, within 5 minute stroll to the Mall of the Emirates.
We chose this hotel as it was close to the Emirates Mall, and it is, about a 5 minute stroll, this allows easy access to supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. We were their during Ramadan, so no eating / drinking allowed between sunrise / sunset, but their are still a few places around the vicinity that can be used for eating, as well as smaller supermarkets. The room was a 2 bed apartment, with balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare, traffic noise was not considered a problem. The hotel is kept clean to quite a high standard, with excellent, friendly staff, we used the hotel taxis quite a lot, and generally found them to be very handy, and not that much more expensive than the normal ones. We were a family of 4 and found this hotel ideal for a stay of 1 week although we found the only downside was that the coffee / sandwich shop within the hotel did not open during Ramadan, as most of the hotels eating places tend to do. Kitchen was sufficient, with toaster, cooker, plates, glasses etc and large fridge/freezer, and a small dining area sufficient for 4 people, with a reasonable sitting area and door to balcony. The rooms were air conditioned and necessary in the Dubai heat, and kept the rooms cool. All in all, we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, moving around via taxi was generally around 15-20 minutes in either direction to the Marina Mall, and opposite direction to the Dubai Mall, so a pretty central location.free wi-fi too, which was great.

A good place to stayPosted May 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Auris Boutique is not as popular as some of the other chains of hotels but all the taxis and limos knew where is was. It is just a hop away from Jumeriah beach area and the Burj Al Arab as well as Dubai Mall and Ski Dubai all worth checking out. The hotel service was quick. The only thing I will say is that the reservation was under my name prepaid and I was arriving later than my family and so I called them to add my wife's name to the reservation and they kept bugging her about when I was going to arrive that first day. It should have been enough that I told them she could check it for me.

Decent Hotel in an OK Part of Town. SMOKEY!Posted May 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very clean. Reception service is ok but somewhat dishonest. If you need a taxi, take a metered one and not the hotel's driver. They will rip you off on the cost of your ride. While we were supposedly in the non-smoking section, our suite was always laced with smoke. Not good for children or sensitive patrons. They also collected a $150 dhrm security fee, which didn't seem right. When I tried to put it on my credit card, the attendant tried to resist, but I insisted. Taxis also don't seem very familiar with the area. I probably wouldn't return.

Hidden Gem In DubaiPosted May 14, 2013
Cons: Room safe in our room was not bolted to anything but no risk of theft anyway!
Location: Perfect HQ for all of Dubai's main sights and metro stations
After practically scouring the many 'hotel review' websites we finally decided to go with Auris Boutique Apartments! and did we make a good choice or what! hotel staff are amazingly friendly and ready to help with anything. we stayed on the 3rd floor and ok the view out the window wasn't the best but who stays in the hotel all day when your in Dubai!? the bedroom is really comfy and the living room and kitchen are a home away from home! location is AMAZINGLY close to Mall of emirates - literally a 3min walk practically NEXT DOOR... it has 2 Metro stations within 5mins walking and is in a very safe location! the rooftop has a pool which to be fair isn't the biggest but we didn't use it as soo much more to do in the country!! you can clearly see burj al arab and jumeirah hotel from rooftop. the lobby areas are spotless and not even a single spec of dirt on the bed as some travellers have said. rooms have good AC and easily controllable!

Nice if you want to stay close to the MallPosted Feb 28, 2013
Cons: Room smelled like smoke
Nice hotel, very close to the Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai. The room had a washing machine, but no dryer. The room also smelled like smoke, even though we had booked a no smoking room. The satellite TV worked great in the daytime, but the English channels for some reason did not come in well in the evening. The pool area was pretty plain. If you can get a good rate, this is a nice deal. The rate we paid was too expensive for this property. The staff was nice, but the check-in experience was poor.
