Wonderful SurprisePosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: The bed - mattress and pillows just right, good quality linen. The spacious areas, storage and facilities. The location.
Cons: Free wi fi access. More than 2 plates, forks etc, cooking equipment tea towel and dish washing detergent (the room was serviced daily so easy to cope)
Location: Close to the metro so a short trip to the Dubai Mall, walking distance to lots of bargain shops, supermarket, shopping centre and restaurants
Walked in the door to the room and wasn't expecting such a large apartment and wonderful views. The bed was so comfortable (& we slept in a lot during our holiday). The hotel is well located connected to a shopping centre and a short walk to the metro, 24 hr supermarket, great Indian restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful and arranged for someone to take us on a private tour.

Lovely clean HotelPosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: We liked everything. In shopping plaza with plenty of dining choices andWifi at Starbucks.Great Location 5minwalk to metro which is great to get about
Cons: The price of wifi in the hotel way overpriced. We went to starbucks in plaza and enjoyed Coffee and had free wifi.
Location: Great Location inside the shopping centre Shops and dining at fingertips. Metro very close. Everthing you need close by
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had a lovely suite with plenty of room. Comfort was exceptional and we were completely happy and shall return if visiting Dubai again

Nice HotelPosted Aug 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Hotel is very nice, the rooms are excellent and with the Shopping Mall next door multiple food options. The downside is that the Hotel charges for wi-fi verge on the obscene (why is it not free?) and there is only soft drinks available in the Hotel and Shopping Mall.

couldn't ask for more!Posted Aug 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Summer and Ramadan means geat value. We just had a day here in the off season so we had luxury at the budget price. the suite was terrific beautiful balcony and nice cool pool to beat the Dubai summer. The hotel is directly connected to a very nice mall with a wonderful selection of restraunts, making it convenient to take food back to your room to eat (its illegal during Ramadan to eat in public), no taxi needed. The old town sites are nearby, but in the heat you may want to take a taxi, the city taxis will get you there cheap. Service was great, the porter was a great help.

Nice place but some disappointments.Posted Aug 5, 2013
This was my second stay here. I was satisfied last year so I stayed here again. This time I liked the room well enough. The big disappointment was no longer being allowed into the Fitness First Club, as I was last year. I was turned away at the front desk of the club and directed to a small room upstairs. Here there is an incompletely equipped couple of rooms. Especially there are few weight machines, no barbells, just a few dumbbells. This is a drastic downgrade in the fitness facilities available for hotel guests. I need a fully-equipped gym so this reason alone will cause me to look elsewhere for my regular stays in Dubai. The other issue was internet charges. Other hotels that I've been staying in around Dubai have been having complimentary internet connections. But here I had to pay almost $100 over a 5-day stay. Besides being too expensive, this is against the industry trend. So to sum up, the hotel in general and the rooms are very nice. But the downgrade in fitness club access and the internet charges make me hesitate to recommend this hotel and I will be looking elsewhere for my frequent visits to Dubai.

We loved this placePosted Aug 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in a perfect location - connected to a mall, very close to the Metro, and a ton of sights, and also just down the street from a Spinneys grocery store. We loved being able to cook our own food, and to do our laundry using the in-room machine. The service was excellent. They even noticed my birthday from my passport, and had a cake waiting in my room the evening of my birthday. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The only downside - the internet isn't only not free, it is very expensive. We went elsewhere for our internet needs.
