“Excellent hotel!”

The only thing the hotel could improve is the quality of English speaking staff... just that... I regret not spending more time there and I will certainly return if I have a chance. Oh, and adding a reference point for people driving to the hotel would be nice too.

Wonderful staff! Very thoughtful and attentive, from checking in to check out. I was always greated with a smile. Best, apartment hotel in Dubai! If you run into something you may need not provided in your room they will bring it up to you with no issue. Staffs English is superb. Location, connected to a mall with lots of stores,that leads you to the metro. So you are a station away from anything. You may want to see. Willbbe back and will stay in no other place. The staff and service combined with a spacious room with modern decor.

“Great Rooms - Basic, Normal Hotel Services”

This hotel is great for people who are looking for a luxury hotel and want basic, normal hotel services. All the rooms are two-room suites. This hotel doesn't have a big fancy lobby or a lot of restaurants or gift shops. It is connected to the Burjuman Mall, which has designer stores, restaurants and a fantastic workout facility, which provides free access to hotel guests. It is also on the Dubai Big Bus Tour stop, which can help save money on taxis. If you are looking to be pampered with service, it probably isn't for you. The hotel didnt seem to have a lot of staff but they were friendly. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with suite rooms and normal service, this will work great.

“Great Hotel”

Excellent hotel, great room, very spacious and luxurious. Access to a Fitness First gym which is outstanding. Breakfast is ok, but definitely not bad. Access to the mall below makes lunch and dinner, and shopping nice and simple. Great hotel for a great price.

“Loved this Hotel”

The hotel is a little far from the airport, but it is only a 15 minute cab ride. The staff was very courteous and the facilities are amazing. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a suite, and it was the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in. The staff were attentive to our every need, including finding an adapter for an unusual plug. The hotel is connected to a large mall and plenty of restaurants. This was an amazing place to stay in Dubai, and I would 100% stay there again.

“Comfort of home”

Location was good with easy access to transport. Having a washer and dryer in suite was a huge plus! Little things like water pressure, temperature, quality bath products, soft towels and bedding make a positive difference. There is space enough to invite friends or colleagues in for a visit or meeting. You need to provide your own sundries for washing dishes, clothes, cooking, etc. and the kitchen had a minimal amount of dishes, etc. but those are easily handled. Staff was attentive, kind and informative. I would highly recommend the hotel and look to stay there again in the future. The metro rail will be complete later this year and that will increase the convenience of transport greatly in the future. It will be very easy to reach. Even with this construction in front of the hotel, my room was very quiet.

Nice location, well equipped, worth teh money. The only bad thing is the heated water is sometimes cut off without a reason !!
