The hotel was in a good location with great front office staff. The lady in charge of breakfast had a very pleasant personality and provided delicious breakfast every morning. Room size was excellent.

When I arrived at the hotel the staff was really nice and helpful, since it was late when the taxi dropped me off, I was taken to my hotel room, and the room was not very clean, the dead bolt locks were broken off the door, there was not very much toilet paper in the bathroom, had to call for more that night, I just did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room since I was alone in a foreign country, If I would have known more about the location of the hotel and where it was located in the city was not in a good area of the city

Lies & Thievery: A cheap brothel ran by gangsters
There are multiple lies being advertised: the hotel has no parking. It is full of cheap prostitutes stacking in the small reception (!) after 11 or so o'clock, and hitting on guests. If you leave your car outside, in what seems to be the hotel's entry parking area (where other cars belonging to the hotel, clearly marked with the name of it on them, are parked), then within a minute, a policeman appears while you are still standing on the check-in queue (filled with 5-6 very loud Indians), and even if you ran the 4 meters separating you from him to tell him that you are just checking in and that you think this is the hotel's parking, you end up getting a 500USD fine, without even a word answered back to you. Then, almost instantly, the Indians that were lining up in the check-in, disappear, the check-in line becomes empty, but then the hotel announces to you that there exists no parking (despite what the Expedia phone rep clearly insisted multiple times upon), and that they can't find your reservation, so you either pay a higher rate to stay in their brothel or you leave. Of course, no decent human being of any moral or aesthetic substance would ever stay in such a place. And kindly note that this place was assigned to me by an Expedia customer service representative after a problem with a previous booking (again the hotel would not recognise the Expedia booking, which was already pre-paid). Big shame to throw customers in such traps. Hotel must be removed from Expedia!

Very nice location.
Location is great. If your business is related, it’s right in the center. And BANIYAS Sq. Metro station is 3-4 mins walk. Ask for 2nd or 3rd floor rooms As the mezzanine has a loud bar which is very disturbing. First floor feels as if you were in the bar. You can still hear the beats of the music on 2nd floor.

Hotel with a Spa and a Pool
there are some good things about the hotel: There is a Spa, a pool, a restaurante with a cyber café and a snooker table. But they should renovate the rooms, specialy the bathrooms. They should also provide more cable channels.

one thing. TERRIBLE
This must be one of the most terrible hotel in Dubai. The staff didnt want to help us with anything, not even reservation for restaurants. The spa and gym hardly exist. They didnt clean our room and the towels we had to beg for. You needed a voucher for the wifi (20 dirham for 24 hours) but it didnt work and we didnt get the money back. Just terrible
