Nice hotel, close to the metroPosted Nov 23, 2013
Pros: Everything! Especially the friendly hotel staff--among them, Hassan who was the best!
Cons: Maybe have a couple of computers in a business center.
Location: A few restaurants in walking distance. The Metro stop is a 5-minute walk, and you can take the metro anywhere. Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina are a must!
Great hotel in Al-Barsha. Walking distance to the Metro which you can take anywhere. One stop from Mall of the Emirates or a 15-minute slow walk to the mall. Clean hotel, with nice breakfast. Fridge and microwave included in rooms so you can store your own "refreshments" that you buy duty free from the airport. ;) The best part of our experience was Hassan at the reception desk--who checked us in and upgraded us to a suite. He is the best! So friendly and very hospitable. He should be promoted to manager, if he's not already.

practical, clean & near the metro stationPosted Nov 15, 2013
it's a practical hotel, only 250 meters from the metro station, the room was clean and comfortable, mini bar prices are reasonable, not the most pleasing staff but you cann't say they are bad at all, the breakfast is so poor unless you are looking for a quick coffee and coockei

everything at the hotel was better than i expectedPosted Oct 17, 2013
Pros: everything else was good the interior was brand new.
Cons: the masseuse should be better trained, my wife did not enjoy the ambiance either.
Location: location was awesome very close to mall of emirates, metro station and atlantis .
Like i said , everything was great, except the travel company that the hotel has rented out to next to conceirge. That person is a cheat i advice not to book any tours from the onsite travel company at this hotel. i paid 250 Dhirams for Dhow cruise at Deira only to find out at the pickup point that the person sitting next to me paid 200 dhirams for it. i asked to get a refund but the gentleman named Sonu ( who booked this tour for me ) was rude, unfriendly and did not even offer to refund the money. The saloon staff was not available and my wife had to wait for 2 - 3 hrs, only to be directed to the saloon in the nearby hotel - golden tulip.

Excellent value for money....Posted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: Appearance, room size, and it's very new.
Cons: Slight smell to the aircon
Location: Dubai Mall - everything else is a cab ride
The room size was excellent. It was clean, everything was new and overall it was close to a 5*. It was good for meetings although a 20 min cab ride from the DIFC. The surrounding area is a little tatty...its on the edge of the nice areas. The staff were friendly. The pool and gym were good. I was only there for a couple of nights (work trip) so didn't try the food, and there was a slight musty smell to the aircon....but other than that, it was excellent. I'd stay again.

GREAT LOCATION NEXT TO SHARAF DG METRO STATIONPosted May 19, 2013
Pros: Its in a good location the beds are soft and its comfortable
Cons: The price is a little high and the Breakfast buffet is expensive
Location: Its next to the Emrites Mall which has skiing and some of the best restaurants in Dubai and Movie theaters.
I have been staying at this Hotel several times and they always make me feel welcome when I go over there. Very nice people and have a commitment to excellence!

CLOSE TO SALAH AL DIN METRO STATIONPosted May 4, 2013
Pros: I liked the location and price
Cons: They could have better Air conditioning and not tell people that their A/C freezes up which it doesnt. They could fix their A/C so people dont sweat
Location: There is a cheap Mall across the street.
I did not like the fact the the Air Conditioning kept shutting off. They keep the thermostat next to the door on the outside so when you leave your room one thermostat controls 3 rooms so anyone can shut your A/C off. This sucks and when the A/C does work its not very cold. The price and location was good and the people there were decent but I probably would not stay there again. The beds are HARD. Which I cant stand so I was barely able to sleep and I did not like this. If you like hard beds and poor A/C this is the Hotel for you. I prefer comfort and coolness.
