Location of the property was why I chose to stay here. It really is just minutes from the mall and many great brunch and dinner spots. There are also two markets right behind the building which was a huge plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Wish they have better options for breakfast buffet, definitely needs improvements in showers; several time water would leak out from the bottom glass shower door. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Enjoyed the walks from the hotel to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa

Deceiving advertising as a 5-star hotel. It is at best a poorly maintained 3-star! Ruined our first day experience in Dubai. We went in expecting a 5-star hotel experience and found ourselves in a poorly maintained hotel. Even 3-star hotels are better than that. Such a disappointment that we only stayed there for 5 hours. Do not recommend at all! There are lots of better options in Dubai. The stuff were friendly though.

The location of the hotel is great, only 5min walk to Dubai Mall via Fountain Address View. I wouldn't say the hotel is 5 star. I have stayed here 9 years go and then it would have been 5 years but the place is showing wear and tear. The Restaurant and Reception staff are great. However housekeeping let the hotel team down, not making the rooms up or providing fresh towels, i can understand if it happened the once but it happened for a few days running... which was appalling.

Horrible conditions, not safe to stay.
The stay was horrible, I had made the booking for my honeymoon, which was the biggest mistake I have made. Firstly, the pictures deceive you with views of Burj Khalifa, but according to the staff, the view is now blocked due to new buildings. secondly, the floor which we were staying in had a major water leak previously, there was a damp smell and mold all over the roofs, there were small flies all around. The mold and damp smell affected my breathing, I informed the staff but they paid no attention. I asked them to shorten my booking so I can leave immediately, they said it is not possible, once I contacted Hotels.com which was the booking party, they did not help at all, I asked for a refund but it seems as they don't even care for other people and their health.

Everything was great
Very nice people, reception, breakfast bar and everyone including the cleaning team. Fresh water (4-6 bottles) everyday, everything clean and new towels daily. Wifi very good in all hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - free. Perfect for few business day spent there. Dubai Mall just around the building, 5 minutes walk distance.

We got one of the residence apartments style, it came in handy, clean, and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer! just alittle different from having a apartment style comfort and not a typical hotel room

Excellent service. Managers were helpful. Restaurant staff and porters are very helpful and quick to respond to our requests eg extra coffee at breakfast buffet, taxi for travel. Our apartment bathroom had a fault. They did not hesitate to change apartment for us. Very nice views of Burj Khalifa. We were able to glimpse the water foundation show from the 27 Floor of 3 bed apartment. About 10 mins walk to Dubai mall, 15 mins walk to fountains. Attractions walkable through Address View building via inside aircon walkway. Thank you

Everything was just perfect from check in to check out. Mall is just walking distance and lot of nice places to eat near by. Spa area was the best i have had a chance to visit Aziz at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Staff at the breakfast were also very professional and courteous. I will surely stay here again.

Overall hotel is okay location is excellent help desk people is very good specially mohammmad. but this hotel room service and cleaning service is -0 they are not changing bed sheets they are using used bed sheets even I change aging bed sheets on them there is small small black bats and dirty dots always on bed sheets I hope management is take care about this. Room service guys are don’t care about cleaning and just time passing in room.
