I booked for my guest from Cambodia. The treatment and arrogance my guest received at reception was disgusting. They had jet lag of 7 hours and then this treatment given them, they felt like better not to live there and immediately left from there to live in Hyatt Grand. Didn't we pay for their stay in advance? Very sad!!

Dubai Grand--NOT GRAND AT ALL

My first few experiences in booking with Hotels.com were fantastic. But after the last experience I will most likely never book with them again....I had issues with my hotel in Dubai, and the manager told me that I had to contact Hotels.com and Hotels.com told me that I had to contact the Hotel manager. I had also book a room with 2 queen size beds and was given one king size when i complained about the king size I was then given 2 single beds. I called back to the front desk to complain and then was told that they did not even have any queen size beds. What is the point of making a reservation if it will not be honored by the site or the hotel. When I checked into the hotel I was also asked what company I worked for which I do not see how that is any of their busines who i work for or What I do for a living.

The customer service was absolutely horrible, most of the times the front desk receptionists would not even look at the customers, let alone serve them. When I was checking out, I waited for the receptionist for 23 minutes to finalize my paper work. She was probably done in a few minutes, but she never bothered to tell me that I was done. Plus, in order to get something, I had to tell the workers at least 2 or three times. Thus, I had really bad experience with this hotel, especially with the money I paid.

I stayed here on a short stop over. The staff is unhelpful. The location is poor, no nearby by shops or restaurants. I had to wait at a long time for a cab versus other places I have stayed in. I left early and ate on the way to the airport.
