get-away weekendPosted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: The ambience of the hotel is lovely. The Thai musicians who play in the lobby really make checking in and out a relaxing experience.
Cons: The roof top pool is small, but it is well-kept and the staff was attentive.
Location: The hotel is close to Dubai Mall and to the Burj Kalifa.
We were in Dubai for a weekend and wanted to be close to Dubai Mall and to the Burj Kalifa. I had stayed at The Address Dubai Mall once before and was not happy with the room or the service. I found the Dusit Thani to be a much nicer hotel and my view of the city was fabulous. We could see the Burj Kahlifa, but not the construction going on nearby. The room was small, but clean and fresh. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also good. The spa had just opened so there was a little confusion about what services were available, but once we worked that out, the services were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good Location -Close to Dubai Mall, Burj KhalifPosted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Location, Staff and cleanliness.
Had a good stay in Apr 2015. It has shuttle service to Dubai and Emirates Mall ( i believe once a day). 5 - 7 min walk to Metro station. Courteous staff.

Great Hotel and LocationPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Clean, up todate and spacious rooms in a hotel perfectly located downtown.
Cons: if you dont need a beach/ground floor pool this is perfect. I think if you have children you would prefer a resort type hotel
We had the 2 room apartment , 19th floor with a Burj view. We had our 3 children with us and really struggled to find any faults. 15/20 mins from the airport a swift check in and check out service. The location is 5/10 mins from the Dubai Mall (taxi ride) but at same time being located on the SZ road all other parts of Dubai are easily accessible. The metro is another option that is only 3/5 mins walk away

Great HotelPosted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: The rooms, the staff, the location, the views, the atmosphere. Free airport transfer for Club Guests which was very convenient.
Cons: Perhaps the hotel shuttle could run more frequently but that of course assumes the demand is there to need it.
Location: Dubai Mall with 1200 shops, ice rink, cinemas and aquarium, Burj Khalifa, the monorail station and restaurants etc within easy walking distance.
We spent three nights on the Club Floor in a recently renovated room on the 35th floor with views over the financial district. The hotel is located very close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The club lounge provides a great view of the Burj Khalifa as the light changes through dusk to darkness and all the lights come on. Whilst both of these attractions are within easy walking distance the traffic means that it's necessary to use either the hotel shuttle, a taxi or the monorail which is about a ten minute walk to the nearest station and one stop to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall stop. Dusit Thani are a Thai hotel chain and the thai hospitality shows in the friendly welcoming attitude of the staff, whether it's the shuttle driver, the doorman, the staff on the club floor, they all offer a smile and friendly welcome.

Sobrio,tranquillo e ben posizionato.Posted Mar 16, 2015

Hotel fine, service not so greatPosted Mar 9, 2015
Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting friends who live in Dubai. Whilst the hotel was fine, clean, great location. however service was not great. Slow service when ordering food at pool bar. Had to call reception 3 times to request towels, before they finally arrived. Final insult was my partner being accused of bringing back a 'visitor' ie prostitute! (Me). The member of staff didn't even check our room before we were told I was not allowed to go to our room as a visitor!! Very rude. I think it would be prudent in future for the staff to at least ask which room we are staying in rather than accusing us of such things.
