“Grand Hyatt-felt like home!”

First trip to Dubai, I was not sure what to expect. The hotel made me feel very welcomed and the staff was very nice. The food choices were somewhat limited however, there is plenty of places to go. Loved the live piano band every night it was nice to have a cocktail. As far as decorations a little more "arabian style" would have been nice. The beds are very comfortable and clean, they take the time to ensure your comfort. I had a small baby and they catered to my every need! Would highly recommend this hotel!

“The Lobby was amazing”

There are expansive gardens, streams, and coy ponds in the lobby area. It was surrounded by bars/lounges and restaurants.

“Dubai's Best Hotel”

The Grand Hyatt Dubai was a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the grounds were awesome, the pool and pool bar were very nice. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever get the chance to go back to Dubai.

“Terrible front desk support”

I rented a room with my 2 kids; part of my reservation was to get an extra bed for 1 of my kids; the receptionist and her supervisor were haggling with me for over 15 minutes as they want me to pay 200 Dhr per night; I was expecting an upgrade as I was a regular costomer!! I will never stay at Grand Hyatt again.
