Great customer service very polite and helpful staff, even helped me book a desert safari. Place was very clean. Great location for runners just jog across the street and you have at least 10 mile of sidewalk with no worries about traffic.

“Great hotel apartments”

I had never used Expedia for anything outside the U.S. so I was a bit apprehensive when geting a reservation here. To double check, I even called the hotel up to confirm that I would indeed get a room when I reach Dubai. Everything went smooth and without a hitch. I went there with my wife and 2 kids (6 & 3 year old). We had a one bedroom apartment and the hotel was kind enough to provide us additional twin beds for the kids. We used it only to crash at night but it was still quite comfortable and clean.

“Spacious apartment”

Spacious apartment. Large bed. Couldn't hear neighbors. Attentive and helpful staff. Two markets to buy food within walking distance. Subway and one other restaurant also in walking distance. Wish there was a TV in the bedroom. Overall very nice place. I have recommended it to friends and I will stay there again. For the price you can't beat it.

the bed were a little hard then i expected other then that the hotel is nice in quite location.

Every thing is ok for married couple. As it is very quiet and no bar & disco at night.

“Check your sheets when you get to this hotel”

The hotel is nice. Big room, washer/dryer, and nice bed. The problem was the cleanliness of the room. Our bed sheets had not been changed as there were blood drops on the sheets and mascara on one of the pillow cases. I called down to the front desk to get them to change the sheets and it took about an hour to get someone up to my room (I called again). They only brought the sheets and did not plan on changing the covers and pillow cases. I explained the whole bed needed to be changed which seemed to me to be a forgone conclusion. The safe was also locked from the prior stay. I asked to get it opened so I could store my valuables which took over two hours to get someone up to my room. Overall I was disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this location.

“good for single tranveler,”

the staff was very unhelpful, the bath room was very very small, and wireless internet we purchased good only for one computer, if you want to operate more than one computer you have to buy for the extra computer.
