Good hotel, but the nightclub going on until about 4am was an issue. The noise seemed to thud through the whole hotel. Maybe if you were in the opposite corner of the hotel it would be okay. Shame as it was a nice hotel, excellent staff and really handy location, only 2 mins walk from a metro station

What I remember most is the honesty of the person in charge of cleaning the room. He found my ring and placed it under the lamp. I didn’t even mention I misplaced my ring ( was in a rush to leave that morning). Breakfast buffet👌

The location was very good, close to metro and having a big shopping center nearby although my window lock was broken and the engineer had to temporarily fix it. But i was really surprised about the cleanness. 1. I found a roach near the door and had to kill it. OMG. And left it on the floor and when i came back to room, it was still there!!! Are you sure you are cleaning up the room? 2. There were some melon slices fallen to the bar shelf at the fruit section during breakfast. the staff put them to where they were!!! I think the staffs are really not conceding the hygiene things. I won't never go again!!

Great location, a 20 minute walk to Bastakiya, Dubai Museum and the Souks! And easy drive to Airport. Great breakfast and helpful staff. HIghly recommended!

Disappointing stay from a Holiday Inn
The hotel overall was about what to expect from a typical Holiday Inn but the room was not in very good condition and the tub in the bathroom appeared to not be maintained and needed to be replaced due to issues with the tub bottom. There was also mold in the grout in many places and found the bayhroom overall a big disappointment. The bed was also not overly comfortable but was comfortable enough to have a decent night sleep.

Amazing Stay!
I and my wife stayed here for two days during this week. We had an amazing stay. The reception staff extremely courteous and helpful. Food had a good spread and was tasty. The room service guys were always prompt and never gave an occasion to call twice! The location of the Hotel is perfect - Burjman metro station is just 5 minutes walk. Overall, very happy that we stayed here.

Everything about the property was absolutely great. Our only minor issue was the cleaning of the room could have been better....we were left toiletries for one when there were two of us and the room was not properly hoovered....good job we were clean!

Good but not like Holiday Inn experience
Rooms are in good condition (Except hot water problem. Like you need to wait for 20 minutes, I have complaint it like 2 to 3 times and each time technician comes and ask me to wait), Front desk staff is very friendly but at the time of check out it was very pain full as it took like 30 minutes due to some mess at hotel side. Room service is little odd as if you order anything you need to call at least twice. Overall location is good quite near to Burzuman metro. staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. My suggestion don't book anything from Travel desk in the lobby area as you pay a lot of money but final service for anything is very bad. My recommendation is to put any new travel help desk which suites the hotel brand. Pool is nice with warn water and even we have a life guard there.

Nice stay, close to activities
Booked this room during the off season. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a very friendly staff. My room was spacious with a nice King bed. Internet was fast and reliable as well. A short walk from the property led to the metro train station at separates the Red and the Green portions of Dubai transit system. This station also has an exit leading to a very large shopping mall.

It is the best Holiday Inn that I have ever seen. I thought this had a 3 star rating. For a businessman it should have a 5 star rating. But this is not a resort.

The Holiday inn in Bur Dubai offer great accomodation and some amazing food. The hotel location was perfect for us, the metro station, Dubai burjuman mall, and restaurants was a walking distance away from the hotel. Staffs were delightful and all of them were genuinely friendly and happy to help us. Rooms are nice clean and beautiful, besides of a minor issues about clean towels. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Not what we expected
First Impression is a lasting impression and i don't believe westerners would consider this Hotel to be 4 Star. On arrival, the Lobby was dimly lit with very out dated dirty Lobby Furniture. The staff were polite and helpful and gave us an early check in which we appreciated after a 15hour flight.The room was spacious and old world but was past its use by date. The bathroom was clean but rust was coming through the grout. Breakfast was plentiful but not exciting. When we took our suitcases from the corner of our room where we had stored them they were wet and we discovered the carpet in the corner was saturated. We believe it may have been a leak from the bathroom and reported it on our departure.

I just felt that having a 7 day stay does not mean that the cleaning can go lesser or more relaxed. On the 4th day onwards I felt the room was not cleaned more like just tidy up and renewing of towel. Called the room service for 2 straws to be sent to the room but no one turned up. Pillows were really small and bed spring could byle heard everytime we turned around. The only good thing about the hotel is it's location. Everything is near by and assessible.
