Very luxurious hotel.Posted Jul 24, 2015
First of all, i booked a room with a balcony with a view of the arabian gulf, it's one of the expensive rooms in the hotel, not the cheap ones. I arrived to the hotel at 3:15 PM and the check in time was 3:00 PM and they told me that they don't have the room that i booked and that they would give me the regular room+ 200 AED, which is equivalent to almost 40 USD, i didn't like this at all and i told them that it's your responsibility to provide me this room ot a better one, long story short, i waited teo and a half hours until they gave me my room! And a dinner voucher, which was a cheap/bad move to make me happy! This is one of the most expensive hotels in dubai. You can find another hotels that serve the same services but at a lower cost. It's also a bit far from the shopping malls and the other shopping streets, basically it's a nice place if you want to spend most of your time in the resort. The spa is pretty expensive too, 495 AED for 60 minutes of massages which is equivalent to 135 USD, and it's not that good. I actually didn't like the massage, plus, they have a "male to male" and "female to female" policy when it comes to the massage service. The rooms are pretty clean and mine had a balcony with gulf view it was pretty nice. The room was very spacious too, and modern as well. All in all, it's a very nice hotel but the price is high and the services don't match that price, if you are willing to pay that mucgo for the four seasons, a better hotel for the same price

Consistently excellentPosted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Excellent facilities and a clean and uncrowded beach
Cons: The only negative we had was the number and frequency of buggies which ferry you around the hotels and facilities on the complex
This was our 4th stay at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel and once again the hotel and staff did not disappoint. It is excellent in virtually every respect with polite and efficient staff and many and varied places to eat.

Lovely hotel right on the beachPosted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Location, Staff attitude to customer service, the food and the facilities. Pretty much loved it all.
Cons: Drinks (alcohol and non alcoholic) can be expensive and as it's very hot you need a lot to keep hydrated.
Location: The Souqs are worth a visit in old town Dubai. There is a museum and there is a sleleton of a diplodocus in the Dubai Mall.
The hotel is situated right on the beach and also has its own pool and seperate children's pool. There is a water park right next door which is free for guests. There is an excellent range of food on offer from Asian to a la carte. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, always on hand to answer questions about the best place to shop or arrange a taxi to the local Gold Souq or Malls. Whatever your reason to visit Dubai this hotel can cater for it.

So relaxingPosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, great restaurants and amazing beach.
Cons: Putting family's on a different floor to couples
Location: It's very central with free transportation to the mall of Emirates and free entry to wild wadi water park.
Amazing views of the sea and the Burj Al Arab, the staff were so friendly and happy with nothing to much trouble. Clean sheets everyday and lovely touches in the evening of chocolates but something different every day, even flowers in the bathroom. Will hurry back.

Lovely location, but becoming tiredPosted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Location,beach and pool.
Cons: The standard of the most common rooms, the ocean deluxe need improving and refurbishing now, looking tired and dated.
This was our third stay at the Jumeirah beach hotel, after our previous visits I would have recommended it to everyone giving 10/10 for everything. But this time we were disappointed by the room, it was looking tired and dated, it was not as clean as we expected with stains on both the carpet and curtains. The bathroom was also not as inviting as before with staining and looking in need of a makeover. The breakfast was also disappointing, most of the hot items were lukewarm at best. It is a shame as the staff are lovely, the beach & pool are wonderful, but it seems now the rooms are in need of updating. We visited the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray whilst there, that is amazing and spotlessly clean we will stay there next time.

Nice enough hotelPosted Jul 6, 2015
We are just home from 6 days in the JBH, the external and internal of the hotel and pool areas are lovely with a private beach which has unrivaled views of the Burj Al Arab and sunsets (the free ice lollies during the day are great and very much needed) We had booked a deluxe room with balcony and were slightly disappointed in that the room was a little older than we had expected and the price we paid we felt we should have had more, on a positive note the bed is very very comfortable and room is clean. A warning if your are booking half board you have a choice of lots of nice restaurants but water, tea/coffee and soft drinks are not included at lunch or dinner and are extremely over priced, they do how ever leave complimentary water in the rooms but during the day they more than make up for it on the prices they charge in the pool bars and other restaurants. All in all we had an enjoyable enough stay but if we were returning to Dubai I don’t feel that the JBH hotel had done enough for me to give them my business again.

Fantastic all round experience. Room facing the beach and the Burj Al Arab - never got tired of waking up to that view. Great staff and facilities, you really do get what you pay for.
