Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Looks every bit as good as it did on opening day, however in the past few years the desert view has been replaced by a Cityscape capturing the fantastic Burj Khalifa

Excellent Hotel.. love the view, the design. Classy and elegant

Staff-Room-Facilities are great. Location: you need a taxi (short, cheap ride) to go everywhere. The shopping mall is only a few very expensive shops, starbucks and small convenience store.... Went to the sister hotel on the beach, did not wait for the free shuttle bus, took a taxi instead. Once we arrived, we were told the beach is full in all beach front propoerties and we can not be allowed in. This information could have been given to us at our hotel when they supplied the vouchers for going to the beach.

"Crisp" is the right word for this hotel. Many hotels are clean, comfortable, and chic, but this one has an additional air to all of that.

shower was either very hot or very cold. Couldn't figure out how to operate the lights. Otherwise, a pleasant business oriented hotel. Dubai is a crazy place, like Las Vegas without the gambling. Only attraction is building design. Otherwise its overpriced shopping and little else.

The hotel was completely booked when we checked in so we were not able to have 2 rooms on the same floor our first night - we are a family of 5. The following day/night they were able to give us connecting rooms and our stay was very comfortable. The hotel location is excellent and the option to use the facilities at the sister Jumeirah Beach Hotel was an added bonus.

I had booked it for my guest. He was extremely satisfied with the stay and very impressed with the courtesies extended and the club floor lounge which was comfortable and very well laid out. The view from the room was beautiful

Just amazing, for a couple holiday. If we are to take our daughter I will chose the Jumeirah Beach Hotel
