Pure unadulterated luxury - don't hesitate to bookPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: The rooms were divine - huge!!! The whole ambiance was just perfect.
Cons: Slight niggle - it would have been nice to have a bigger bath or a free standing bath.
Location: The only slight criticism is that on the Palm you do not have a shopping mall - however it is very reasonable to get a taxi to mall of the emirates.
Beds so good that you did not want to get out of them. Kitchen - everything you could need to cook a three course meal if you so desire. Living and Dining areas extremely spacious. Well maintained and incredibly spacious.

Good hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were fantastic. On the negative note the restaurant need to be improved in terms of food choice and quality.

Excellent hotelPosted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Beautiful hotel. We had a two bed apartment with lagoon view which had nice balcony with table and chairs. Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Water, coffee, tea and milk provided but everything else was chargeable so beware. We got a nice plate of complimentary fruit most days. Hotel could do with more pools as all sunbeds went very quick. Plenty of room on beach though. Food and drink expensive over £10 for a cocktail!. We went by taxi every night to eat out. No supermarket within walking distance but there is one on the Palm that will deliver in. No free Internet anywhere in hotel so more expense.

Not Bad HotelPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: It's at the Palm. The Balcony.
Cons: The corridors flooring should be carpet.
Location: Atlantis Hotel, Atlantis Water Park, swimming with the Dolphins, Atlantis aquarium.
I like the Hotel, but it was below my expectations. Friendly Staff, but the Lobby and the Room wasn't at the Level of the Luxurious that we know about Kempinski Hotels. the beach is on the Creek, and l loved the landscaping.

Very modern plush hotel and apartmentsPosted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Excellent hotel, but what made it so good was the excellent staff and customer service.
Location: On the crescent of the palm jumeirah. Taxis no problem into dubai. We walked 1mile to the Atlantis water park.
One week holiday in February with teenagers. Room excellent. Pool, beach side cafe and beach wonderful. Staff very attentive. Beach bar / cafe does a small range of lunchtime food but all that we had was well prepared. Hotel looks great. Spotlessly clean. Room always kept clean. Gym a little small but again spotless and never overly busy. One truly fabulous evening meal in the restaurant. We would go back just to eat there again.

We would like to award this hotel 6 stars, especially the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the facilities perfect. We will be back!!
