“Pleasantly surprised”

We booked this hotel at the last minute. I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The service is what really made it. They provide free valet service for your car, porter service for our luggage, and helped us up and down the front stairs with our baby stroller every time we left and came back. This may be routine at some hotels, but not the ones we can afford to stay at. The people were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but very workable. They have huge closets and a nice tub/shower. We ate at the British pub there. It was tasty, but overpriced. Within walking distance is a Spinney's grocery store which has a great selection of food.

We stayed for 6 days, And We had a great time, Hotel is really Beautiful, they provide Shuttle Service From the Airport & to the Beach all these included...plus Excellent Customer Service!

4th time staying here. Everything was nice. Great service. Internet in room is expensive, free wi fi in lobby. 24 Hours Pharmacy next to hotel in case you forget something.

“First Time Visit to Dubai in Extreme Comfort”

I visited Dubai (UAE) for the first time in November, 08 and stayed at the Majestic Hotel. Well, let me tell you, " I Was Very Impressed". The staff were very courteous to all my needs during my stay and I will definitely will stay again on my upcoming visits to the city. By the way, "Check Out The Music Room", for a leisurely night out of music, dancing and drinks. Majestic - Thank You for the Experience.

I've stayed here twice thus far and I love it. The staff is great and the beds arwe so comfortable and they evwen upgraded me this last stay which was wonderful because I had just surgery.

“The Majestic Hotel was fantastic!”

Everyone at the hotel always greeted you and if you looked like you were looking for something they would come over to see if you needed any help. The pool was great and they even had regular beach towels for you to use. We booked a bus tour and high tea with the concierge and she was very helpful and so very friendly. The valets were quick to get our car or taxi if we didn't want to drive. We tried three of the restaurants on site, one for breakfast each morning was good food and service, the sports bar had lots of tv's and good hamburgers, but the karaoke dinner room we order chicken cordon bleu and the chicken was not done. We just sent it back and didn't make a big deal about but still has to pay for it. The rooms were a little small. The closet doors ran into the double bed closest to them so it made it kinda awkward. Over all it was a really good time and I just love Dubai!

“Worth a stay”

I've stayed at a number of hotels in the UAE and while the Majestic might be unremarkable by Dubai standards it's certainly a very nice hotel.
