Nice hotel, I requested early check-in and it was accommodated by the front line staff. Spacious rooms and facilities. Swimming pool and gym. Some nearby restaurants Walkable distance and small malls. Shuttle service is only twice a day morning and afternoon one way only. Also there was return shuttle to Dubai Mall which was good for day out and shopping. La Mer beach is only 10 mind taxi ride. Local taxi are cheaper and meter starting from AED 5 . I mostly took taxi as no metro nearby. Overall great experience and beautiful rooftop views and ambience.

Bathroom great condition shower is great / bed ok but check in on the room
No lights on the coffee area and fridge not working.but I called they take care right away I’m glad. Carpet is smells mold and need more lights inside the bedroom area.too dark but the housekeeping and maintenance they all good workers .

Our stay was completely to your liking. Nice and welcoming staff. Satisfy every wish. Very kind. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we are very satisfied. In terms of facilities, I do have some comments such as: the shower tap that did not work optimally and the bath in my daughter's room did not work. Although we assumed that it would be resolved if we complained about it. We were outside more than inside so we left it that way. We always got a very clean and tidy tidy room on return. We also enjoyed the pool. We will definitely choose Mercure again. Thanks to all staff. Greetings from the Netherlands.
