If you're not after the beach...Posted May 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
If you're not after the beach, this is a very reasonably priced option in a great, central location in easy reach of the Creek and Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. The rooms are clean and spacious and there are planty of unpretentious cafe bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The Etihad office is also right by the hotel so, if you're flying with Etihad out of Abu Dhabi, the convenience of checking in at their office and swaggering down to the coach when you're ready is a real plus.

Would not recommendPosted May 5, 2012
Would not recommend this hotel. Not even complimentary tea or coffee in room and overrated by star system.

Pros: Good friendly service
Cons: Smell of stale cigarette smoke
Location: Good downtown location with a metro station outside
Only real concern was an unwelcome smokers smell in a non-smoking room

very convienient location next to metro and ethiad office. we were able to check in for our flight from abu dhabi there. our room was like a mini apartment. kitchenette was basic but sufficient for fixing snacks. everything was clean. swimmingpool was small but water was really warm staff pleasant and helpful

SORRY HOTELPosted Jan 8, 2012
Cons: NOT FRIENDLY
THIS HOTEL WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT NOT NEARLY WORTH THE MONEY I PAID . THE PEOPLE ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE STAFF BEHIND THE COUNTER . THEY WAITED A WHOLE DAY TO CLEAN MY ROOM ONE DAY . THE WORSE OF ALL I HAD A 6 OCLOCK MORNING FLIGHT I ASK FOR A 3 OCLOCK MORNING WAKE UP CALL I EVEN CHECKED WITH THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD IT THEY SAID YES , I ONLY ASK BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE CONFIDENCE THEY WOULD DO IT . I WOKE UP AT 3:30 AM NO WAKE UP CALL I COULD HAVE OVER SLEPT AND MISS MY PLANE . SO I WOULDN'T EVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE .

V.good hotelPosted Nov 10, 2011 on Hotels.com
The location on the hotel is very good less than 3 min to the metro and less than 10 min to Dubai mall. The hotel is clean and nearby few good restaurants. For small budget, is very good

Number 1 towers reviewPosted Nov 4, 2011 on Hotels.com
The only problem we had with the hotel was the condition of the room. The standard of the room was poor with things like a cracked toilet seat, generally old and scratchy towels, the bath was a bit stained and scuffed and the quality of the food in the room service was terrible! The plus side was it was cheap so I guess you cant expect too much, the bed was comfy. I wouldnt recommend it to friends unless they were backpackers and didnt mind basic standards. It is a Hotel to sleep in and not break the bank, not necessarily enjoy yourself.
