Bad stay at President Hotel
This hotel did not deliver a good service. There were Cockroaches in the room, a strand of hair om the bathroom counter. There was noise during the night in hallway as well as music blaring from the night club. We could not sleep. The parking is advertised as free parking but once you are there you have to use RTA parking. Not happy at all. I was not going to raise any issues with the staff cause they seemed very unapproachable. The WiFi was working perfect and the shower water was very nice. This hotel should not be on hotels.com. It was a horrific experience. All in all it is a no from me.

President Hotel team read this!!
First in the lobby and reception area smells so bad, smells of CIGARETTES welcoming you..what a nice entrance., when i get in my room i was so surprised that the COCKROACHES are welcoming me and they everywhere (from the toilet, to the fridge and even in my bed). In my room its not sound proof, even though im away from the bar but still the noise was too loud and may room even shaking from the sub-woofer. The bed are not cleaned properly, bed sheets have stain of makeup, black long hair were still there and some cut nails. The furnitures are too old its, its not the same from their advertisements showing nice photos. I read one comment from their site that was the same to my complain 6months ago, and I thought that the management was already sorted out this matter thats why i booked. I booked for 3nights, but sad to say I stayed only for 2 days as I cannot stand to stay there any longer. For me its not recommended .

Pls avoid this place at all costs!
The rooms are in horrendous condition. They were cockroaches on the floor abd the room smelled. Inform the housekeeper and it didn’t appear that they were surprised about it. When we checked out, the reception missed to close the bill (F&B) and they called us later and insisted we pay or else we they will hold the room booked. We had to drive back in the evening to pay the balance off. No option to pay online, but insisting customers to give their card details on the phone. - not clean - poorly renovated - no manners from the staff at reception or manager

Happy couple!
It's an old building but a few minutes walk to ADCB metro station. There are also lots of resto around the area. The room was clean though u still have to request other freebies like slippers, water, towels but i have to commend their efficiency in handling their guest needs. We were given a room opposite their housekeeping room so there's a lot of stuff in the hallway. Overall, we were happy during our stay. Receptionist were all accommodating.

This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed through Expedia. We were visiting Dubai for 4 days from US and our room was assigned @3 floor . Where 4th floor have 2 night clubs and those are open till 3am . Very Very Loud music thought out the night. All nights we slept after 4 am (After 3am it ll take another 1 hour for staffs to settle down). Hotel is in good location but the room assigned to us was worst decision. When we ask them to change after second night, they told their is no vacancy which is not true. Overall worst worst experience in our Dubai visit

Dirty hotel room I have ever stayed
At the time of booking Expedia agent told me that it is a 3-4 star hotel, but in reality it shouldn’t get any star. Hallway and room carpet were smelly. Room had bedbugs and bit my kids. Towels and bed sheets were not looking clean, blankets/comforter were torn. Bathroom was very old looking, also no that clean. after first night I had to change the room. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. I paid ~800 Canadian dollars which wasn’t worth.

Strategic location but not comfortable sleep
Hotel is strategically located near shops and metro. But the club inaide hotel makes lot of noise and few rooms are next to the band & dressing rooms of the club. Once even a worst fight broke out between the filipino band members and added to pain. Rest food , bars etc are good

An unpleasant stay in general. Staying there on a Friday night, the music from the clubs make it hard to sleep, as does the general comfort level of the rooms. Avoid the breakfast.

Crap hotel, good location
Pros 1.) Free breakfast 2.) Good location it's literally 30 seconds from the metro Cons 1.) Breakfast wasn't all that great 2.) Beds are rock hard that's not an exaggeration 3.) Staff doesn't really care if you have a complaint 4.) The crappy music playing in the clubs will keep you awake until 3am. Don't expect them to turn it down even a little bit either 5.) Showering is a real task due to the low pressure shower head that must be held the entire time DO NO STAY HERE

The stay was a horrible experience. The only reason i stayed there as it was suggested by a local rep. The noise and the dance floors that were below and above my room kept me up all night from sleeping. I wanted to leave but i was getting stuck paying for a night regardless of the refund. They managed to move me to a different floor but i will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Decent Hotel Close to the Metro.
Had a decent experience unlike the rest of the people's negative comments. Yes the Hotel is a little noisy at night up to 3 am. But most nights it did'nt bother us. Did disturb us the first night but that was it. Guess this hotel is not for light sleepers. The breakfast was great everyday. You'd Probably enjoy it more if you were SouthAsian. The guy at the omelet station did a great job. Wifi was free and yes the bed was a little hard but nothing to complain too much about. All in all a decent experience and would go back if the oppotunity arose.

It was pleasant experience staying with President hotel. Reception staff was very good Only issue of night club noise at night and u feel uncomfortable when you return back at night with your family as couples entering hotel inappropriately dressed. Breakfast was good. Parking issue as hotel don't have its own car park

Great location if youre going to be out and about on your own. right next to the metro station. however the nightclubs on the fourth floor can be noisy on the upper floors. best bet is to try and reserve a room on the first floor. the mattress in my room was like a slab of concrete.

Leaking water from top of bathroom. small and black room. noisy pubs in ground and fourth floor. Front desk staffs are with very bad attitude. Could you believe using their landline to make local calls is 13.5 dirhams per minutes. No park lot for customers. This is worst hotel that I had ever seen. If you do not trust me, you could give a try and I am sure you will be same angry and unhappy with your trip. They could easly and successfully distroy all enjoyment of your holiday travel. Their location is very difficult to find, not same as what they show on Expedia Map.

Great Location - but hotel requires upkeep
Good Stay - was very comfortable. However, the room key was not provided for 3 of the 4 days that I stayed - can you imagine ? it took them 3 days to get the room key programming rectified. Wifi quality needs drastic improvement. Keeps dropping off quite frequently. Apart from these small discomforts, the stay was pleasant, as the location is great, breakfast is of good quality and the room size is just sufficient for one person.

Excellent Location - opposite the AlKarama Metro
Room is just sufficient for a comfortable short stay. Room Size could have been bigger, but this wasn't too small to complain. Wifi access in rooms calls for improvement. Other In-room Amenities are sufficient. Breakfast at Kovalam was good. The number of pubs/bars in the hotel also takes care of most evenings. Staff is courteous, look to be abreast with the latest technology, knew their job and overall seemed efficient.

Awesome location, but bed of concrete and noisy
There are some positives and negatives about this place, definitely. The location is awesome, it is right in the middle of new Dubai and actually just below a subway stop, super easy to get here. The prices are great but the staff is so-so, somewhat rude and nonchalant but it could just be a cultural thing. The bathroom was very nice and clean but the bedroom is quite awful, really cramped and the beds are made of rock. No joke, I have camped in the rockies on moss much softer than this! When I *stood* on the bed (200lbs) bed mattress did not even sink in a single millimeter. The first time I sat down I actually hurt my butt, quite funny and awful if you actually need to get some sleep. The pillows are okay, plenty of decent tv channels but the blankets smell like mildew and smoke. Internet is not free but cost about $40 a day. The nighclub downstairs is miserable and they are pumping phillipino techno until 3am, it was so lout my bed was shaking and my head banging against the wall. Do not count on getting any sleep before 3 at all!

Overall the hotel was ok. But in the room the bathroom ceiling kept leaking even though we were told its the air conditioning causing the problem. There are three nightclubs in the hotel which may seem attractive but u can hear the music from three floors down meaning u cant really get to sleep till 3am when the music stops. Hotel is central though which is convenient and staff are helpful.

It was good being budget hotel, staff is very good, only one complain, very noisy, loud music till late night, being on holiday I didnt mind it in case of official tour it is going to be difficult to sleep on time. overall it was good neighborhood, very good Indian restaurants in walking distance.

You should not expect to sleep if you choose this hotel. It has not one but two nightclubs on the 1st and entire 4th floor, plus a bar on the ground floor. Therefore, no rooms at any level are possible to sleep in. The impossibility to sleep last until the nightclubs close at 3am!!! Beside the mattress are hard as a rock, and you should not be too picky on the cleanness. the room is dark and smell strongly like cigarette. One advice: avoid it.

The hotel is placed very well, right in from of karamaa metro station. Hotel has valet service and attentive staff. The only problem is the clubs on the top floor with loud music till 2 am.

smell was very bad, especially in the reception area. Smoking small everywhere. My son started coughing there because of the strange smell and smoking. The club sound was very loud and we had several sleepless nights. poor breakfast!!the parking issue was a disaster , no parking in the whole area. I got a ticket of 200 drh for my rental car!! But the location is very good. And room condition is good also. This hotel is Suitable only for Indians!! Be careful .. I can give them maximum 2 stars. Poor hotel in general.

j'ai passé 3 nuits invivables où le bruit dépassait 90 decibels a` cause dún discothèque juste à côté au 3èmme niveau .La musique commencait 21h oo heure locale pour finir à 3 h00 du matin . J'ai négocié quón me déplace vers une autre chambre plus au moin acceptable au 1er niveau. Là jái passé le reste de mon séjour 7 nuits. là le bruit de la musique arrivait à 50 decibels. Difficiles aussi
