Cons: Too numerous to list
Booked twin room was queen, asked but they never came to fix. No face cloths, had to order each one. No Radisson points because booked on Expedia?

nice hotel but a little far from the centre

Pros: Nice outdoor area on level 3.
Location: The hotel is really a bit far from the centre. The shuttle is infrequent so you need a taxi to go anywhere. The taxis can take a while to arrive.
Good rooms with interesting views. A bit far from the centre.

Nice hotel close to Dubai mall

It's less than a mediocre hotel. Lobby is awful with no ambiance what so ever. Buffet breakfast was less than average. No place to eat lunch other than the Bar and even there the choices were so limited. Value for the money is very poor.

For the Price its not worth it.

I have stayed in Radisson before, and enjoyed the stay. This was very disappointing. Starting from how to get to the hotel, parking and the quality. I expected allot from this, and was let down. Bathroom was not clean, WIFI was never stable.

Not up to Radisson Blu standards.

For nearly $400 per night, I expected the same class of hotel accommodations, cleanliness and service as other Blu properties. The hotel had apparently been open 8-12 months. My complaints were no hot water for two days in my room. The desk in my room had many many scratches. The carpet had a few stains. The housekeeping came daily at 3:00 pm or later. Breakfast included was a plus. Bar service was abysmal and the vents on ceiling in the bar were stained and dirty.

The hotel location is a bit out on the sticks but presumably that is why it is a bit cheaper than a lot of Dubai hotels. The shuttle bus service is very good and reliable both to the beach and the Dubai Mall. The pool area is disappointing as pretty noisy and the sun beds are uncomfortable but the beach is beautiful and sunbeds and brollies can be hired. The room was clean comfortable and had tea making facilities

Not near anywhere and bus shuttle times limited

Pros: Not a lot as this hotel should be rated as 2 star only
Cons: The standard room are too small and the furniture very basic. Towels and bedding could be improved on without much effort. Guests should come first.
Location: Near other buildings in progress of being built and roadways also in progress.
Very disappointed with this hotel as it was close to a building site and not near any amenities.

It's an average hotel

I didn't like the hotel staff .. They didn't have slippers .. After I ask for 3 hours they give to me .. Very high money for the night stay but it's not worth !!
