Very friendly place - specially after 15-hours of flight. They upgraded my room and also provided a ride to the airport very early in the morning - if you are on a business trip and want a transparent place that everything is just right - this is the hotel for you...

“Wonderful Hotel”

The hotel desk staff was wonderful and very professional. From the time of check-in to checkout, I was mad to feel right at home and that everyquestion I asked was answered with professionallism and a smile. I did not eat in any of the resturants except the Pub. The Pub was clean well maintained and comfortable. The service was excellant and the staff there were very friendly and food was excellant. I will stay there again during my next stay in Dubai.

“Great hotel if you want something more classy”

Loved this hotel from the moment I walked in! Only issue I had was the pool was closed for maintenance and than a 530-830am power interruption for service work. Other than that no major issues!

I spent 2 nights at the Raddison Blue to unwind from Afghanistan and it worked out great! Room was very clean and employees were very nice and friendly.

Very nice, and close to the Airport, easy to find, I like it and if I will go again to Dubai I will go to this Hotel. Too many restraint in side the Hotel, they are 11 restraint. The breakfast was so nice from 6 AM to 11 AM

“Great location, Great Hotel”

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here. 5 star hotel all the way. Staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable and impeccably cleaned. A nice surprise is that the hotel is located about a block from the newly-opened Union metro station. We took this, instead of expensive taxis, to nearly every corner of the city for just a few dollars each trip. Very safe, convenient, clean and a nice way to explore the city. Hotel has a great pool, about 10 restaurants (although we admittedly never ate in them) and free and fast wi-fi. Considering the great rate we got on Expedia, we felt that the hotel far exceeded our expectations.

“Excellent staff”

We expected a queen bed and a sofa sleeper, but only got king beds. Not sure if I misread the description or not. Some of the amenities (extra blankets, hairdryer, etc.) were not easily found, but they were there. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous--they made the difference in our stay.
