Good value for short trip to DubaiPosted Oct 2, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel room was small but clean and functional. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Service quality was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants offered a variety of good quality food at reasonable prices. Location was convenient for shopping although sometimes I had to wait a while for a taxi.

One of the good hotel in Bur DubaiPosted Sep 4, 2012
Pros: The Local
Cons: Pay or wireless
Location: It's great
This was my second time staying at this hotel and both time when I check to the room I find hair in the bathroom. This is a turn off quit. Second wireless internet u must pay to use anywhere in the hotel. Taxis is a problem too unless you need to go some where between 9pm to 11pm that is when the Bars open and you can get one without waiting. Nightlife is great, but you must pay to enter the Bar and you are a guess in the hotel. Food is good!!! The one rates was great.

Not a Hotel for a Good Night's SleepPosted Jul 19, 2012
Pros: Some of the staff do their best to help and have very good attitude
Cons: Noisy at night so do not expect a good night's sleep, and dated room decorations
Location: Bur Dubai, Port Rashid
This Hotel has 3 Night Clubs. The Music starts at 09.00PM everynight and carries on till 3.00AM everyday. In some of the rooms the Beds vibrate to the Base Sound. After complaining several times, nobody took any notice. The bathrooms and bedrooms are also dated and need upgrading and if facing the main road, you can hear a lot of road noise. Although staying in a no smoking room, you can smell cigarette smoke at various times at night through the air conditioning ducts. Also noisy airconditioning fan in our room.

Small but very clean rooms! Front desk needs help!Posted May 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
The rooms were very small but clean. For the price, this Hotel was absolutely fine. However, I wish they would staff the front desk with people that were actually helpful and knew what the heck was going on!
hotel needs maintenancePosted May 6, 2012 on Hotels.com
Many problems due to a faulty computer system, delays waiting for system reboot, door lock mechanism failed and night staff were not aware my partner was a resident and refused to let her in our room - not a good experience - on the plus side the band was very good but entry intoi the club was not complementary.

OkPosted Apr 23, 2012
Pros: Complimentary Breakfast.
Cons: Internet expense, Bed Bugs.
The Hotel over all was good. Just had a bit of a problem with the Bed bugs. My first night i couldnt sleep in my bed because of some bugs. The whole night some things were crawling on me and in the morning i had to request them to change my sheets and bedding. They did that. Breakfast was good. The Internet was expensive 100 AED (dirham) for 24 hours. They didnt had bottled water.. they served water in a flask which was filtered and when i asked for some water they charged me 5 AED for a bottle..... water should be complimentary, which is the case in most of the Hotels. My room was on the 6th floor, the view was nice but the only problem was that there was a resturant on the 7th floor. They played the music till 3 am and if u r an early sleeper then u should chose a room some where on the lower levels or away from the clubs and resturants. The Shisha place by the pool was not so impressive. Not enough space and they r pretty expensive. They charged me 50 AED for Shisha.... which is very expensive.

Pros: Shisha Lounge On the Roof Top
Cons: The Room
Location: Far from everything
For this Hotel to be a 4 Star Hotel it doesnt live up to it. The Hotel is old looking and Dingy the rooms are extra small and Old Decor this Hotel needs a major upgrade but I guess for the Money it is ok Contruction starts early so there will be lots of noise and the Shisha Bar on the Rooftop was very nice
